I am a 18 year old girl. I have been bullied all my life for being overweight. The bullyings were harsh. I used to workout then stop then start again and stop again. But after discovering phonk I always get the boost to work out harder and harder. All the brothers and sisters out there Please do not lose motivation. For you, very young boys, I have GOLDEN advice: remember that there's a lot to life other than the gym. Read, improve your mindset, have fun, always be thoughtful of others and never let the world compromise you. It will throw a lot of tough stuff at you, but you just stay a good, responsible person, willing to improve yourself and help others improve themselves. Always keep balance in your life little brothers, the gym is not and will never be everything. Bottom line, don't be superficial :) now go grind, rest and repeat
I started going to the gym because I was struggling with severe depression & anxiety. I was really underweight. 5 months later I have gained 30 pounds, I feel way better, AND I also look great. Keep the grind going, it’ll eventually become something you want to do all the time! 💪

Day 1 of working out : I listened to this music while I did 30 pushups and other workouts. Everyday I'm gonna change the pushups +10 to them. I'll update this on day 2. It's day 4 i didn't want to update it on day 2 i don't know why. I did 30 pushups again on a day 2 i didn't at 10+ to my push work outs. I think ( i'm starting to see changes) day 3 I did 40 pushups and some other workouts it took atleast 30 mins to finish all the workouts. It's day 4 and i didn't start working out as yet. I gonna do it soon.
I'm a underweight and skinny 14 yr old. But recently, I've been feeling demotivated and found myself not working out as much due to the fact that I really don't see improvements in myself, but I know it will take time so I just have be better and put in the work. 💪💪💪
Eat! I use to be a hard gainer like you. After much training and failure I found the secret sauce I was missing. And that was to EAT LIKE I'M TRYING TO GET FAT! You want to be 200+ lbs? You got to EAT like you're 200+lbs! Simple as that. Our skinny bodies burn calories like no tomorrow. We have to eat so much our bodies can keep up ridding the energy. But while you eat like this. Remember not to stop working out.
These last 3 years have been shit. I am now 13 and been working out 6 months straight, non-stop everyday, this made me more powerful than ever. I've been listening to this song for about an hour. It is just a masterpiece. Mad respect for the people that do more intense workouts than me while listening to this playlist. Cheers!

Incase you weren’t, I recommend starting as soon as possible, from going to the gym to enjoy yourself more as a person, do things you like but not to much as to get bored of them. I recommend alot motivational videos, it may sound like a joke but man they really help im not lying, when you have spare time head over to my boi Balkan Gains, great guy. Start lifting as soon as possible, encourage yourself. If you are luckier than some of us and have a gf, get her into it to or try to atleast. if you are like me going trough a breakup, im gonna have to recommend something. this may sound like a joke, take it as you want. you are weak after a breakup (most of the time), i feel weak all the time. what i do, i go home, i pickup the weights headphones in the ears and i start pumpin the weights forgeting about her yk? you just gotta think “man maybe she wasnt worth bro” you just gotta work on yourself.
TL;DR start loving yourself, you are not weak. you are at an early stage of becoming strong. strong doesnt mean muscle, strong means muscle and brain. love yourself and your body. peace brother hope you find your way and i hope i helped you and others, all im trying to do ✌️✌️

Day 1 of working out : I listened to this music while I did 30 pushups and other workouts. Everyday I'm gonna change the pushups +10 to them. I'll update this on day 2. It's day 4 i didn't want to update it on day 2 i don't know why. I did 30 pushups again on a day 2 i didn't at 10+ to my push work outs. I think ( i'm starting to see changes) day 3 I did 40 pushups and some other workouts it took atleast 30 mins to finish all the workouts. It's day 4 and i didn't start working out as yet.
