Do u take a slightly deeper bite in the arterial side than in graft side or we always try for even between 2 sides? Thank you for beautiful illustration.

Is a castroviejo driver generally the preferred tool for anastomosis? Would you use these drivers for all aspects of the procedure (closing etc) or just for the anastomosis?

Just for the anastomosis. The rest of the surgery can be done with normal needle drivers
