I use your videos in the leadership class I teach. :) You have great motivational messages for young people. I started watching your videos this summer and I was so impressed and I thought, I need to share these messages with my students! You are a great role model for hard work and positive thinking! Best of luck at Worlds!
Rule #1: Don't get injured... like a back flip on a paddle board. LOL But that really was an impressive take off and landing without shooting the board out from under you. Knock them dead at the worlds! BTW Adam stole the video with his horse 'dismount'. LOL
Rhys, shaving tips, #1 prep before you shave. Warm water to soften it up, maybe even a beard oil. Always have washed face before shaving. Even after a shower is best. The steam opens the follicle snd makes the hair cut better. #2 sharp blades. Toss more often than you think. More blades isn’t better. I use a three and never more. Use a good shave cream and not that foam stuff. Get something that will condition hairs and skin. When shaving don’t push hard or pull when cutting. Just glide over the hairs. #3 follow up with something after shaving. Nothing with alcohol. Alcohol is super drying to facial skins especially. #4 moisturize … if you do get razor burn or ingrown I will link to the greatest product ever as far as something that will wipe that out with use … it’s all about the shaving techniques and preventing allowing the hairs to be cut too close or jagged. When that happens they grow back into the follicle. You want nice clean cuts just above the surface of the skin snd you want to condition snd moisturize the hair and skin during the process. So, a full on dermatology blog 😂, but I hope you actually read it and practice snd see the difference.
Your floor routine landings looked super sticky, so no surprise that you landed the back flip on paddle board, then... shades of Karate Kid & Mr. Myagi! 😆
1. Use single blade razor 2. Shave in the direction of hair growth 3. Exfoliate twice a week 4. Open up the pores before shaving (shower or hot towel 1-2minutes) 5. Massage shaving oil to create barrier 6. Extra step: Use shaving cream on top of the oil 7. Close up the pores with very cold water or witch hazel Happy shaving!
Hey, I'm seeing you from Japan🇯🇵 I like how you care about your body. It's also very important for non-athlete like me. And I'm surprized you have Nikon camera! I have the same series of that and I hope I can see your pictures someday in youtube. Have a nice day!

Hi Rhys, big fan. How are you approaching your training on pomel after the Olympics? How are you feeling in your training to perfect your movement and where you felt it went wrong in Tokyo 😘
Hey, it might have been a typo, but wear is for wearing things like clothes, what you were meant to write is "where" as in "in which place" :) English is tricky haha
Yes, shave REGULARLY - Don't let it go for 2 or 3 days and then shave. Also after shaving, make anice hot pack and hokd it to your face. . You might us alcohol after as well. It wass clean your skin and murder any nasies on you skin that cause an irritation. Nice to set goals - but not tto high.
