Sugarmmy is a good channel to watch since some compilation will be weird and full of repetitive content. So I am highly suggesting Sugarmmy or Jinnieats channel

A lot of Try Not To Laugh clips are edited so that they lack sufficient context for new watchers to catch the depth of the hilarity. If people don't know the members personalities, their relationships with each other, or know the history behind the clip, they can be left confused. It's like hearing only the punchline of a joke. Seasoned ARMY get it, but may forget what it's like not to know all the details when they make these compilations. Or purposefully make them as more of an ARMY inside joke.
this definitely! i think try not to laughs should include clips that are understandable without any pre watching (for rules in games or atleast what theyre doing) like when bts reference lajimolala, we understand that, but some other random person has no idea where its from or why its so funny to us and bts!
Yes, I don’t like videos being requested like this for that reason. They have no idea what’s happening so it’s not funny to them. Don’t request videos like this unless they know what’s going on, or ones that explain a little bit of what’s happening.

One of those clips is from their show run bts. They were having a debate on mint chocolate, the kicker being that they all had made forbidden words/phrases for each other but each member did not know what they had. Any time they said their forbidden phrases they got sprayed by a water gun! It is honestly hilarious to watch, poor jhope had a hard time figuring out what his was and was getting sprayed constantly. In the end it was the team that got sprayed the least that won.

That one clip they weren’t playing hide and seek. Each member had to randomly choose a room. Whichever room they chose, they were stuck with. The 4 of them ended up sharing that room💀

BTS are not idols. They're full time comedians and a whole circus 🤣
Army is really fond of these try not to laugh videos but the problem with them is that most of the times it's only funny to us, with the exception of one or two scenes. Because the videos are just snippets without actual context, without the back story you need to know to find it funny, kinda like inside jokes you have with your work buddies and nobody else on the outside understands them. Most of the times it just leaves the reactors confused because they have no clue what's going on on the screen, the tipical case of the joke flying over your head because you don't know the story.

Wheb the guys was in the bedroom, this is how Bts choose bedrooms when the are outside off Korea and not in hotelrrom. This was in Canada, all 4 singers choose the same room and the rappers also choose the same room, so 1 room was empty. Bts have never got 1 room to theme self only in Hotel not on Staycations, not even when the lived at there dorm

I don't know why but bts try not to laugh challenge videos are not funny for me.
First they are usually lack of contexts so reactors who new to bts not gonna know wth is going on the screen and even for me, i'm hardcore Army, don't understand what are they trying to show me and i know the contexts.
So for reactors if they want to watch funny video from bts i always recommended compilation video not the try not to laugh challenge. Someone already mention Sugarmyy and kookiestaestae they are the best so far.

I would kinda more so want to see you guys laugh with us at their shenanigans, especially since you guys are just getting to know them you know. I would more so love to just see you naturally laugh with them🙄, but I mean it's whatever you want, that's just my opinion. Try not to laugh videos seem more fun when you actually just laugh instead of holding back your real emotion to me🙂. But anyway like others have said sugarmy is a good channel for videos to watch for any kind of funny or insightful complilaltions about the guys. They add more context and subtitles and just the right amount of any edits, which makes the moments a lot funnier😁💜
Most of any of us compilations won’t be as funny bc the context is harder to grasp without knowing the boys personalities or how they react.. if that makes sense. Also some of the editors will edit the videos to look like something is happening that isn’t just for comedic effect but don’t put that anywhere so it confuses new viewers. A lot of the clips are from their variety shows and not as funny without context but there were def some laughs from you all so I hope you enjoyed it at least! You really need to watch live performance of them !!

Most funny compilations aren't funny to new ARMY without context. A lot of these moments are funny because how much love we have for these guys. But if you watch Run BTS you can see who funny they can be.

I'm unsure if you fully understood each clip. It would have been nice if there was some kind of short text description before each clip so that you have some kind of context instead of being confused, not understanding the situation in the clip & having to guess what is going on. Thus, instead of trying not to laugh, you are instead not trying to be bewildered.

Just for those who is not ARMY or new. To avoid any misunderstanding in the beginning scene, JK did not jack any body's money. The clips were out of context so you're missing the whole premise of this context being funny. The boys were playing around with each other and not taking advantage of any other people's money. Just wanted to clarify this to the unfamiliars from the get-go. This is not the best funny video for the unfamiliars but more for the ARMY as an inside joke. All the boys are really naturally very funny in their own ways once you get to know them and see the full picture. With that in mind, hope you still enjoy their silliness with a grain of salt in this video.😅
