They are all over the tall old trees between my neighbor and me, probably planted in the forties in a crooked line, some on my side and some on his. On his side someone trimmed his side at a 4 ft height to keep the branches off his driveway. This has weakened the trees. An arborist I hired said he would treat the trees but my neighbor doesn’t care and said he would let “nature take its course.” There is English ivy growing all over the trees and after stripping the vines off there were just dead, dry carcasses. I don’t know what to do.
