Parousia. The earth is our home. We will welcome Jesus back in the same way the people welcomed a king back, At the opening Gates of the city, when he returned from his journey. This is parousia. Also, Revelations clearly states, a new heaven and a new earth. Our eternal dwelling place is on the NEW EARTH (the city of God, the garden) with our NEW BODIES. FORREVVVVEERRR 🥳🥳

Rather than being inward directed, we are to be reaching out to the lost, the poor and the disenfranchised. The widows and the orphans. Pure and undefiled religion before God and the father is this: to visit, orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world James 1:27
