- After a solid 100km bike ride in Surrey, we head to the Ovo Women's Tour in central London. Hayfever ruined the day, but still got a couple of interviews. Top riding from all the ladies involved, great event!

For hay fever I have used antihistamine daily combined with nasal spray, also daily, and eye drops twice a day at the height of the season. I have found it to be about 85-90% effective, this from a tragic have fever sufferer.
I can highly recommend quicetin with vitamin c from H & B I used to suffer massively every year just before race season with hay fever until someone suggested I try the above... never looked back

I keep my hayfever under control with claratine plus and local hunny the combination work well for me
Pineapples contain an enzyme called bromelain that helps to reduce inflammation in the nasal passages as well as mucus production. It’s definitely a must when your allergies strike. The bonus is that pineapples are refreshing during the summer months so they’ll cool you down. Vegan friendly as well :)

For the hay fever, use an over the counter nasal allergy spray (I use Rhinocort). That should work a lot better. Oh and if you do buy some make sure to tilt the tip of sprayer towards the outside of either nostril. If you spray it straight up your nostril or towards your septum it may cause a nose bleed.
Hayfever... my solution was to move to Scotland! Or get to the docs and get some decent antihistamines on prescription. Loads of pollen around in evening at 🌅, so if you can close all windows to keep pollen out. If you've been out, wash hair and change clothes too.
Go have a salt cave session and see if that helps, there are a few dotted around London. Also, a 'Salt pipe' is generally considered helpful...
Recently discovered your channel, love your works, keep it up! For haye fever, try menthol eye drop (soooooooothing action); also try nasal douch with saline solution (think eye bath for nose), which should give you a few hours of breathing through your nose again.

With regards to the anti histamines, there is usually two types of pill based medication, i find the Loratadine based tablets work better than the cetirizine ones... hope this might help as i know the pain of not breathing! Haha

try Tesco's own brand hayfever tablets. I've tried everything on the market and they're the only ones that work for me.

swans are territorial, but become very passive if you pick them up ( the wings are not dangerous, they're hollow boned and fragile) I've had to rescue a swan before now whilst mid bike ride.

Hayfever wise - I've heard that if you eat honey produced locally it can help your body build a tolerance to the pollen you find locally. Don't know if you're one of the super speshul vegans who won't eat honey though?

Nasal irrigation for hay fever
Try a different antihistamine drug , there's a few out there , no medical evidence here but I expect your system gets used to the same one ! Grass pollen is very high at the mo 🤧

First off, love the vlogs. Great stuff. As for the hay fever, one thing I do for allergies in general is take a teaspoon of LOCAL honey a day. It will help your body build a resistance to your local pollen.

hay fever ....hot black or green tea..with local unfiltered honey . the natural pollen in the honey will build you immunity
