What I eat in a calorie deficit

Hi everyone welcome back to my channel if your new here hi hello welcome to the family. This are some meals I'm having in my calorie deficit, having my wedding dress fitting and want to feel and look the best. I forgot to show my meal 4 because I was hungry but it was 100 grams of green beans and 5oz of tilapia.
Chocolate cake recipe
1 small green apple peeled
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of Hershey coca powder
2 egg whites
1\4 cup of oats
1\4 cup of water
pinch of salt
cinnamon
blend
spray your dish with oil
microwave for 5 minutes
