@Zwag Xerath 22:25 that bug was in the game for a very long time now, maybe it just got to be more noticable... it mostly happend with cast time skillshots like Ezreal Q/R Ashe W/R Silas E etc

Tip: because riot is a small indie game dev studio, if you press shift over a passive it won’t show the scaling. You have to press it over an ability and then move your cursor onto the passive afterwards, then it will show the scaling

I am 100% sure there was a script running at 12:56 when Urgot aims Ult before briar flashes. The script at 13:00 automatically forced the cursor to the position briar was going to flash so urgot ult will land. You can even see the cursor moved up and down for milliseconds to see that the script was trying to get it in place of briar flash. Seriously though, I don't doubt it anymore since this is all for content but meh, not cool as a content creator.
