UA-cam need a system where only true creators should actually have the verified checkmark. As random comment bots shouldn't even have them considering it could potentially mislead someone if the comment bot is potentially a scammer.

Hey timeworks, just letting you know that at 2:40, that part of the terms of service is not referring to the sale of accounts. It is actually referring to content on youtube and services that youtube provide like copyright takedowns and such. The sale of accounts is allowed if you are buying out a brand/company and the youtube channel is a part/property of that brand/company. I've yet to hear a definitive answer on the sale of accounts without brand/company buyouts, but definitely buying/selling STOLEN accounts is against TOS.

I know exactly why the bot above me is called “1 sub before 2033?”. They bait people to sub, and their subscriber count is hidden so no one knows how many subs they have. I’ll read the dumb name, but I’m too smart to sub to a bot.

For this exact reason I use BlockTube to block a loooot of shit on UA-cam. It's all seemless too! Mainly comments, but some videos and channels as well. As well as BlockTube I also use 4 other extensions to fix UA-cam's platform since they can't do it themselves. Such a shame.
Those verified commenter are just copy and pasting comments to get likes, and to get attention somehow. Those kinds of verified bot channels are terrible. But people like Timeworks deserve more love and support ;)

I think Yogurt is just someone that bought Evil/Santa's old channel but who knows. He could be a part of it all or he might end up getting the channel stolen back by Evil to be resold again. In a way, this is all UA-cam's fault because of the way they push verified channels so it's hard for small channels to get any exposure. Also their Shorts system is easily exploitable. UA-cam even encourages stealing other creators' content to be used as Shorts by the way they have the permissions to be on by default.

Well, that spambots are annoying. Also they got verified, it's really annoying. And, they're just always copies Mr. Beast. And some guy are talking to one of that channel's old owner. And he said he's got scammed by a guy who said he will easily get 100K subscribers.
It's always stupid to buy/hack into these innocent channels that were never a victim of being a "Verified-Bot-Spammer" channels. Thank God these kind of channels are terminated and as never to be returned.
I saw this and it bring to one channel that title “I have 120,999 subscribers” something like that and I waiting time works to explain this thank you for letting me know what is this thing
They're all bought and sold channels. They spend $10 to $10000 per channel, usually comes with 10k to 100k subs, they comment to get more and then sell the account for slightly more to someone who does the same

Unfortunately the only way to get UA-cam to do something is to have a large creator openly drag them online, a la Meghan Rienks.
