I don't understand why each in heat camera is focuses on one couple only?

It's normally because that couple had won that heat.

You can't really "win" a heat, only by marks.
But the marks are only known afterwards, so the cameraman can not know who is the winner before the comp is over. Nor he can't know the winner of the comp in general.
*Unless* the cameraman got advice from an expert who got an grounded insight to who probably is going to win.
*Or* the camereman got a live feed from who got the most marks;
*Or* there are as many camera as there are couples, and an expert advices the editor of the video who to show in the endresult....
But all of the above is highly unlikely

@@StudioMargalima I think they record all the couples from all angles and when releasing the clips they only release the clip from the winner's angle.
