- In this video we head to the back country to hide from the wind. We catch a few different species but grab a limit of Mangroves!
Family fishing is always the best time. There is nothing like catching and cooking and eating a fresh fish meal together. Fish tacos!

Get some roasted pecans & grind them into a course meal. Coat the fish with it. Fry ‘‘em up. Top with a crab meat sauce. Oh my goodness it’s sooo good next time you cook try flipping the fish away from you & you’ll never burn yourself

My favorite fish to catch and eat! Try throwing your limes in the microwave for 30 seconds or so when they have little juice!

Cilantro is one of those things, I love it but yes, many of my friends hate it and say it tastes soapy...

For little fish like that I don't understand the prejudice against electric fillet knives. I use them exclusively for trout and most redfish.
I have one. I used it for sheepshead. Definitely a learning curve. I actually enjoy filleting fish so I don’t mind using my filet knife on snapper
