Bro Dex’s lines are incredible! I’ve seen so many others do this same run and they all have to slide so much and go so slow through corners, but Dex gets so low and just shoots through the corners. Dex is fr my favorite downhill rider and he never ceases to amaze me. Keep up the great work Dex!
I always hated when my friends or someone would just say “commit.” Or “just commit.” Drove me nuts. But when I actually started to get it, it really boiled down to commitment, commit to the slide itself and yourself that you got it. I started with slight speed checks and then 180’s once you get 180’s everything else kinda seems to fall into place. Just find what’s comfortable and commit and full send! You’ll get there buddy!
Chris Deger no worries brother man. Like is and commit and full send. Once you get it as well it becomes addictive. Haha. Then fat speed checks start coming and you’re full hooked.
I'm sure most of you have, like me, seen dozens and dozens of raw runs of this specific hill. I gotta say, this is one of the fastest runs I've ever seen, big props to my fellow Canadian dominating another hill in another country.
I don’t often watch skate videos anymore (unfortunately) but this one grabbed my attention from you guys, I watched the whole thing and could feel the stoke for going down this hill, look up and you see the coast and mountains in the distance. Wicked. This is living.
Yo awesome run! I lately got the idea that it would be so rad if someone rode the alpe d'huez switchbacks I don't think it has been done yet (at least on video) since I couldn't find anything on it
I ride my motorcycles here often. But this is crazy. Much respect. I love putting my bikes on neutral and just watch longboarders shred. But I'd have to keep my bike on if I was following that dude!
So... thank you corona virus. I got speed wobbles the other day and took a dump casually skating down an incline by my house after not touching a board in ages... the day after I bought pads. I googled speed wobbles and this memory came up. I was chilling in my car on this road and heard something I’d never heard before and turned around and wow, it was you. Thanks for the inspiration now and then - White Corolla at 1:54 LoL
You gotta have some serious cojones to attempt that line. That was one of the sickest runs I've seen done on that hill! Gotta know what wheels he was using, those things are life savers at high speed.
This guy has just a different relationship with pavement than I do. The road probably catches him softly every time he falls otherwise he would be doing this :D
That looked SWEET! Would love to do that - if i can get past the fear of getting hit by a car, flying off the cliff or my shirt riding up (although maybe a nice breeze around the boobs would be a good thing). Seriously tho - the level of board control is mind-blowing! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
On camera I believe so (for now). In real life, I find it hard to believe that none of either James, Louis, Cal, Kalil or Coop have gone faster. I'm sure I'm missing someone too.
Didn’t know I could hold my breath for two and a half minutes.
LMAO , TOTALLY MAN
Lol
He was so relaxed too like he wakes up doing this from a dream lol
Been waiting for someone to absolutely mob this run. And when I saw Dexter and the screenshot. I know instantly he did it.
The best Tuna run ever.
You can really tell by the near perfect race lines that he dedicated a lot of practice and study to this road.

WOW! That's AMAZING!!! Then there is me trying to figure out how to slow down and jumping off my board because I'm scared lol
Slide man
@@morgenfreeman4351 LOL would love to but i always end up eating dirt when i do, ill get it eventually.

Literally this video is what got me into longboarding. One of my favorite raw runs of all time
The best raw run I've ever seen.

Im just going to pretend the guy filming this was also on a board for the funniest mental picture ever
This should be blowing up! Great line great control. Also great camera work!
Really liking the sound of the wind
Damn, that's about as fast and tight I've seen anyone take the majority of this run.
Tuna hall of fame surely
Jared Norris for sure
Went here yesterday for the first time n I can confirm video does not do this run justice no cap this run is fuckin insane!!
I'm getting now why your bord is called the gambler. Very nice display of Skill and an awesome run :)
2:12 I screamed no when he didn't airbreak lol
FASTEST tuna run ever caught on film right here
0:35 holy shit that's gnarly
Brooo is taking perfect racing lines I love this
the Little board game is strong with this one
Right On ,the Ride and View are Amazing 🤙🏼
The guy who is filming is the true mvp
Honestly this is the fastest I've ever seen anyone skate the fast section of Tuna both in person and in video!!😲
This is so insane, Dex is a beast!!!
Yo awesome run!

Stunning, found myself forgetting to breath!
Dammm! Dexter is flipping fast! Great control!
This absolute unit- shreds
Me -speed wobbles out of chair.
Can we acknowledge the camera work tho
Been waiting to see this one!!! Some straight 🔥🔥🔥🔥
That racing line hella tight
Holy fuck. One of the ALL TIME runs.
Smooth AF

Daaamn boy!! That's N.U.T.S. :-O This spot is normaly boring to watch again but u crushed it! Hella good job 👌
Holly Schiitt! Insane, Skill and huge balls.
absolute perfection....well done Dex....anyone have an idea of what the average speed of the run was?
@Cali skaters. Y'all really gonna let someone come to your house and do this?
Busgy yeah we invited him
Yes. We're too scared to skate like this.
@@maxdubler8560 Skating like this every day somewhere you live is fully not sustainable. I don't do this everytime I step on my skateboard.
@@dextermanning5751 Agreed.
@@maxdubler8560 Most understandable.
Goosebumps!
Super video
Hey you, Yes you! Put ur ear up to the speakers and turn up ur volume
**sips tea** *nothing but music to my ears.*
Didn't think one can ride a longboard like that. Close to perfect racing line and 0:35 was just psycho!!
I’ve seen some fast runs down that hill before but holy fuck this takes the cake
I watched this and laughed... one wrong move and off the canyon he goes... like Wiley E Coyote chasing the road runner.
Awesome and glad to see you are still human (1:16)!
super dope .. peace from brasil
How often do these guys fall? Do they die when they fall usually?
Insane !
Just watching this gave me enough adrenaline for me and the cameraman
best run on the fish??? 😍
Hey, could someone help me choose the right trucks for Dexter’s Dmall blind? I’m confused how wide they should be. Would 10” caliber II’s work?
damn no wobbbless with these crazy speeds?
There were some micro wobs in the straight. Wobbles happen, just tuck/ride through them.
DH gear is really good now.
Bro amazing
What is the average speed of this run?
This guy has just a different relationship with pavement than I do. The road probably catches him softly every time he falls otherwise he would be doing this :D
how do you film this
the camera man
what was the max speed? Props to the camera man!!!!!!
Dex killed it
that was terrifying
What happens if you wipeout at that speed?
Wow, just amazing. I wonder how fast he got, seems at least 50-60kph ?
nah has to be faster
Around 85. I hit the same speeds/time in this section on a bike.
SAFA Brian dam that's amazing, must be even scarier on a bike at those speeds man
What´s that board? That isnˇt the gamblet. It has a other type of shape
It's something new Dexter is working on... More info coming soon
Small Blind!
Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa dang
I'm thinking i could try that yo!?
heeeeeeeeeeeeeell no this is insane no leathers?
How tf do you record this
Dope
holy shit this was insane
How fast is he going?
Touched 60 mph twice very briefly. Mostly 35-40 mph. This road is gnarly because it's really narrow and tech though, not cause it's out and out fast.
That was so efficient
That's the nicest thing anyone has said about this.
Mans fast
That looked SWEET!

I wish I could run as fast ad this camera guy, look at him!
no miracle mile :'(
Honestly was exhausted and chilled down it.
@@dextermanning5751 understandable AF, that was 150 seconds of straight SEND

That was a free fall. I don’t know what else to call it.
Holy bajesus.
f ya dex. IN TENSE

One of the cooles i've seen.
Advice: Use a backprotector, you never know...✌
I need a small blind…and skills
