I dont see UC objects being supported here. How can we manage release of database objects like Tables and Views ?

You can create an SQL file with all the DDL statements, deploy and run it with the rest of the jobs in the azure pipeline yaml using databricks bundle deploy -t.

Do Asset Bundles replace Terraform in Databricks?

Replace is a strong word so I don't know if they are going to replace Terraform but Asset Bundles definitely start gaining traction
