You don't have to be level 100 for rockwell you just need someone level 100 to start it
you need to be 95 to go into boss

You don't need lvl 100 to go into the fight just need it to start the boss btw

you can legit grab a giga 4x on extinction go do one round only of a purple drop or a red drop and you’ll be 105 in 15 mins lol

All gen1 and gen2 dinos have a max lvl of 500 on official settings
