And we choosed one which we liked , but appeared some serious law regulation issues which could cause issues in the future if we like to sell it. So we started look for something else, and that is not easy in these days when property market so crazy in Ireland. We found and it was pretty expensive, so we proposed lower price , and literally yesterday the owner/owners discussed this and today we got YES from them!
