I built a LOT of parts for the 777 model when I worked at the Boeing Co. Those GE90 engines are monsters. Takes a lot to get them spinning. You can hear when the ignitors kick in. You should see the fuel lines. They are as big as a garden hose...
True. A few months ago I was on a B77W Registered A6-ETG for Etihad flying EY423. I had a window seat right next to the monster GE90 engines and when it started up it litreally had my whole seat and body vibrating like crazy
I got to fly this exact model from LAX to Taiwan (1st leg to BKK) back in '07. Very comfortable wide body with 2 isles. Those GE90 engines are most impressive.
I flew on the 777 twice from Toronto to Manila then back again two weeks later...16 1/2 hours in the Air Two Truly Amazing Flights... Thank you again Mr 777 :)
Definitely loved watching the heavy birds fly in. The best was spotting on the beach by the airport in Phuket Thailand. That was life changing! We have a video that covers that too. :)
We flew from Tampa to Taipei for work back in 92', we took a 747 from Tampa to Detroit , another 747 from Detroit to Seoul Korea (13.5 hours), and then another 747 from Seoul to Taipei!
Same here! And yes!! The best sound would have been in the back of Laurel or in early economy plus. Most of the seats forward of us were already taken :(
Maravilloso.
I'm going on a flight from KL to Toronto this October, with layover in Taipei. I might bring a laptop on-board. Does the B777-300ER economy seats have AC Power?
Hello would you be fine with me using this video as background sound for a video i am creating I will make sure to put a link to your video in the description and credit you in it.
I love that start sound 4:45 and here 5:41
Absolutely wonderful! The GE 90 gives me chills
me too

I had this playing on a speaker at 3/4 of the volume. Omg the feeling of the air vibrate reminds me of my last time on a 777-300
Yes!!!

Just simply AMAZING. One of man's greatest achievements. Thanks for sharing.
Nice Spotting my friend!

Lovely Engine Startup of that GE-90! Great to see that beautiful take-off and the climbing
I love the shape of the wing on the 777.
The 77w has my favorite wing.
Looks like the 787 one :D
@@haggisfartsplays9169 they are similar, I think the 787 has more wing flex and if I'm not mistaken it has winglets.
The 787 definitely has more flex because of the carbon fiber but the 787 shares the raked wingtips that is on the 77W.
On the 77L and 77W only I like. The others look bad
That beautiful engine sound
That is SO cool watching a plane come in for a landing while you wait for takeoff :)
Definitely loved watching the heavy birds fly in. The best was spotting on the beach by the airport in Phuket Thailand. That was life changing! We have a video that covers that too. :)
Yes. I think it was an A340 but not 100% sure on that.
@@pooryorick831that was an a380, an emirates!
Nice catch of the A380 gliding in for landing and beautiful climb out of JFK.
Excellent video and a beatific way to end and showing us where you was going and from. Excellent!!!
Thanks so much!!
I like the roars of the engines of the 777 as well, but my favourite engines sound are from an Airbus A340-600
The bigger Trent's were good on the A346 but I have to admit, the GE 90 115bs light up my soul. Thanks for watching!
Fantastic Take-off on such a sunny day ;) thanks!
Cheers Marc El!
I'm watching that video Every day
We flew from Tampa to Taipei for work back in 92', we took a 747 from Tampa to Detroit , another 747 from Detroit to Seoul Korea (13.5 hours), and then another 747 from Seoul to Taipei!
Fantastic video really well filmed thank you. Love the introduction of fuel into the engine start up at 4:50 that really bassy sound.
Glad you enjoyed it
Start-up sound always gives me chills! Nice video anyhow! Spool up would've been more clear a few rows forward.
Same here! And yes!! The best sound would have been in the back of Laurel or in early economy plus. Most of the seats forward of us were already taken :(
Great video... Nice view over JFK..
Thanks!
I love the sound of the almighty GE90-115B. It's like music to my ears !!!
4:54 gives me GOOSEBUMPS
I wake up to this every morning!
Do you live near an airport?
Oh! You go on airplanes a lot!
And i also watch this video lol
GrowlyXGaming ye
That wing looks beautiful, but boy does it look like it’s under a lot of tension!
Precursor to wingflex
Not a lot of tension they can go way farther than that
Great video, it looked like a full load on board and very heavy
Super heavy. Every seat was filled!
Best video of the 777 Ive seen
Nice 👍
Thanks for sharing
Greetings from Helsinki ❄️ Finland
Aircraft is just an amazing piece of art... I love it
Absolutely! We're excited for some of the new nature inspired Airbus and Boeing designs too!
What a shape this wing has !!
Gorgeous!
I love the scenery, it's looks so cold. All of the snow and leafless trees.
Maravilloso. Es posible ver como actúan las áreas de control de las alas para lograr dirigir el avión en una dirección específica. Muy interesante vídeo. Lo mas impresionante es la calidad del vídeo. Superb! :-)
19:35 Just this alone is worth the price of admission..!
Awesome bro
I love 777 engine startup
Same! Thanks for watching!
It vibrate my heart
Had to play this again just to get the sounds of that GE90 start-up. It's been too long since the last time.
Love that start up
@@LosGatosNYC this must've been about a 17 hour flight, wasn't it? It would be even longer if not taking the polar route
wow.... love the sound of the engine starts by the GE90. very nice video! follow you from know
top quality!
AT 19:51, An Airbus A-380 flies over. The A-380 is a massive plane, even larger than a Boeing 747.
Oh we didnt know!
Timbrock1000 where the hell do you see a 747
Emirates Airlines
19:48 Very slow A380 shadow. You'd expect something that heavy to come in fast
Love the 77W
mmmm FROM N1 40% Throttle to 100% Touga
Now is this nuts or what ? That 773 is a beast. The power. The climb rate. Kennedy best airport for spectacular take offs.
Eva Air is my favorite airlines. I always take it to Philippines.
EVA is outstanding! A great airline
I'm going on a flight from KL to Toronto this October, with layover in Taipei. I might bring a laptop on-board. Does the B777-300ER economy seats have AC Power?
It does not! They only have power in economy plus and laurel. Economy only has minor USB power through the IFE. Check out my flight review!
I'm sorry, what does IFE means?
IFE is the in-flight entertainment system. There is a single USB port that gives cellphones power. Not enough for a laptop in economy.
OK thanks!
I was on 777 300ER 2 months ago and the start up "mooing" was so loud everybody was covering their ears. 😂
This is a very very great sond and video !!!
GE90’s are simply the best
which mic you used
I can feel the plane is really heavy during takeoff
Hey, you should’ve went for BC for a 15 hour flight.
Eva Air does not appear to overfly the territory of mainland China: according to the on board IFE route display.
Hello would you be fine with me using this video as background sound for a video i am creating
I will make sure to put a link to your video in the description and credit you in it.
Sure!
Link us to it when it is live
Ok thank you will do👍
Are you allowed to record inside an aircraft in EVA? Because I’m going on a flight and I don’t know if I’m allowed.
We were able to film without issues.
@@LosGatosNYC oh ok, thank you!
👍👍👍👍How long was the flight?
Thanks! This flight was 16 hours. Check out our flight review video!
Such a badass plane, Airbus could never compete

Not familiar with EVA Air. Where is the airline based and the flight destination?
Based in Taiwan and connected to Evergreen
Its raining man ,halleluya.
Where are you going and how long was flight?
This was an EVA flight from JFK to Taipei. The flight was 16 hours long but good.
seat number ?
next month, eva air, from SFO TO TAIPEI, Taipei to Cebu,Philippinas.
Ahhh, I wish I can go on holiday, but the corona virus ruined my flight to Thailand and rip 2.5k euro
That my home I’m live in Thailand
@@cinematicnewbie1448 same but I live in the Netherlands
Good video i was in boeing 777
Love that plane!
But i was on thai airways
@@JrnOlfot that's awesome! Was it a 772 or 773?
yeah..... I remember... economy class all the way to Taipei..... sigh.....
😂😂😭😭 its pretty rough!
Did you remember the aircraft registration?
For which? The 77w I was on or the 380 passing?
The 77w you was on

Thank YOU for watching!

Great take off ,flaps 5 ..from Росия
did you just say mooing ?? I didn't hear a cow`s moo ???
The low growl during the ignition of a GE 90 engine is referred to by some as the "moo"
Eva Air does not overfly mainland China: according to their on board IFE display.
The absolute Beastly sound of those Heavenly looking Ge90’s-115! Makes my ears orgasm 💯
In the morning, the sound of those engines give me life.
When you're too broke to afford a flight on the triple 7.
Plane Old Andrew Ta it’s a decent price to fly on a 777, just book a cheap flight like Eva air or flight sim
United commonly flies 777 aircraft on international flights as well, though the airline itself is nowhere close to the quality of Eva Air
spoilers not checked!!
Yes they are , at 6:25
23:50 this looks like a 787 wing and flex
