Kumquat Compote and Butter Chicken Curry [Vlog#20]

I made a compote with kumquat from Mangwon Market.
I like to eat kumquats just by chewing them, but Even those who don't like it will taste really good if you eat it as a kumquat compote!
Kumquat compote is delicious with Greek yogurt.
On cream cheese and bread, with burrata cheese,
It's also very delicious with French toast!

1 vanilla bean
A little lemon juice

1 onion
Chicken Meat 400g~500g
A little flour
A little bit of butter

150ml fresh cream
