Did you save it before? It will come up saying where to save it to if it wasn't saved. Do a quick search in the search bar and see where it's saved it to

Let's say I have a video as a background is it possible to put another video or picture above it without covering the bakcground video? Or tell me a way to put two videos one above other without one covering the other
Yes. For that you can use the main video as the background. Create yourself a new video layer above that one then drag and drop your second video on top of your background video. To not cover the background you'd need to use a greenscreen then apply the "Chroma Keyer" effect to remove the greenscreen and have both your videos playing together

Could you send me a screenshot so I can see what it looks like? If it's the preview it will either be the panel which you can move or go in the project properties and set your resolution. You could even go in event pan/crop and edit the video camera there

If you need the tab back then you go to *View > Window > Media Generators* or if you need to reopen the text editor window then you click on "Generated Media" button which should be the first one that looks like a film strip

I am having a problem with my Vegas pro 16. I can't drag and drop my videos anymore. I tried going to compatibility and un checking admin clicking apply but that didn't fix the problem I would appreciate if someone could give me an answer for my problem. I love vegas and now I can't use it.

I failed on the first step. I am familiar with Editing Software like Premiere or DaVinci but I just cant get something imported into Vegas Pro... I drag a file into the timeline but it does not show up?! Anyone has some tips?xD
@@JohannesC-c8e it's the same way as premiere pro to import it you find the folder location and import it or drag and drop but sometimes it doesn't work. Also there's support for most formats

Mostly from UA-cam videos now and cloud shared setups, ive probably still got vegas 16 setup on my laptop haha but yeh, they mostly promote the latest versions and the old ones get left behind. Theres still websites too that have the older versions so it depends on where you look really

Yes, thats the event/crop where you can do that. I've got a separate video on zoom in and out
