There is a trick that you could do though! While hitting the rift, start to mantle and you should glitch then pick up the weapon or item and use the rift! Think it works, hope it helps!!

Jerian you can place a wall in front of you and when you use the rift you mantle the wall at the same time and you land on the ground so you can pick up your item hope this help :)))

Jerian after a ranked match and you rank up you can see it by the background color gets a brighter verison of the ranks color
A quick thing , your placement is almost 100% pre determined based off what you ended last season at , there’s only some micro adjustments from your placement game itself that can affect it
