i’ve never knew that mathi was hated this much. I started playing osu when mathi was top 1 so he has always been one of my favorite players. So glad to see him back to top 10:)

Mathi was just unlucky because he choked the community approved farm maps, and FCd the new sotarks maps instead.
I always liked him though, his aim is crazy smooth for a DT player.

awesome video and he's straight up my favourite player of all time, literally so many cracked and unique scores that I forget most of them a month later because he just set a shitton more
I pray I reach a similar skill level to mathi one day. His skill set must be ridiculously fun.

after seeing alot of these top player videos from other youtubers including this vid ive noticed a trend of toxicity in the com when you do something others cant do
Side Note: Mathi is 7# in the world now
scores like the first fc on HW genryuu kaiko were also disregarded because they were set by mathi. good video on a kind of tragic player. I'm glad people nowadays don't know about the hatewaves his name alone would spawn

@@joshualebobman1780 UA-cam’s recommended keeps not putting out osu vids like it used to since I’m watching a variety of other things. I used to have like 2 or 3 at a refresh, now I’m lucky to get one. I do filter it to osu and that brings out some but it’s mostly the high view count old ones. I rather prefer to support the smaller creators. Though now that I’m commenting on a few more at a time it’s been easier to find on the front page.

I remember people saying that alternating was bad because mathi was doing it and then eventually everyone started doing it
I really like your mic quality! however I would advise you to go into audacity and Effect>Filter Curve EQ>Manage>Factory Presets>100hz rumble, it will help with the excessive bass and you can of course tinker with it and even cut on some sibilance between 6-9k. If your mic processor has dials similar to these frequencies you can work it out there too...

Out of curiosity, how did you get the info for this video? Because of the description I assume you interviewed mathi, if this is the case what kind of stuff did you ask him? I want to make a video similar to this on karthy.
just ask him stuff, there was also a leangthy interview with him on yt, which had a lot of information, idk just dm the person and ask them stuff, I really jave no idea tbh, just go with the flow and i’ll work out probably.

Awesome video! I don't want this to come off as rude but it sounds like there's a dude pointing a pistol at your head for every word you say. Try relaxing and speaking more lose, i think it'd sound better since imo it sounds rlly cracked/non fluent. I legit put it at 1.25% and it sounds better

yeah we sadly used to dislike mathi when he was #1, its pretty unfair i know but back then noone knew anything about him and you just had this robot pumping out the highest pp plays around constantly and people wanted more extroverted characters like rafis or old legends as #1 like cookiezi, it also didnt help that he only played sotarks farm maps and had screenshots leaked of them (mathi and sotarks) discussing what would be easiest for mathi to farm,
