At the area where the cars drive on where you used the stage, I like it because it kinda looks like that part is separate and would raise up to stop cars or raise up for the boat to get close and then be lowered to go on top of the boat deck. I take ferries a lot as someone who lives on a large island near a large city on the main land and this is very accurate!
I love how this world is being finished, the publics locations, how good they are builded and decorated, the landscaping, the details, and all thats stuff that you make amanzing. And I wanted to ask you somting, Can you build a comunuty lot and put that kind of gym where sims can play differents kinds of sport that is in the University world? Becouse in a normal gym sims can´t play them and it would be awesome for your beautiful world
They both look so good. I love how you landscape and decorate. So you're still missing a couple of rabbit holes: bookstore, diner and equestrian center. Plus a Film Studio, but I don't know if you're going to make one. Is there a way you can fit a Showtime stadium (where singers, acrobats and magicians can perform at)?
Renato Pereira They both have their pros and cons. I find the Sims 4 can handle more demanding lots better than 3. I find as soon as I get too excited in 3 when building, the game starts to drop frames. But 3 is much better for customisation. 4 lowers the customisation but improves the stability. I can get way more adventurous in 4.
@@APEABOUTSIMS I understand. My favourite thing about The Sims is the build/buy and customisation aspect! Thats why The Sims 3 and The Sims 2 did it better for me!
Both are awesome but I still prefer Sims 3 when it comes to open world neighborhood and usable cars. Which the Sims 4 is lacking. Might change my mind if they add expansion pack of University Life in Sims 4..

I will be including all of the basegame rabbit holes. I don’t think there’s room for any of the showtime lots though
