I truly believe that Tia needs this time to focus on herself. This is the time for her to be able to sit in her own company and not needing someone to fill the void. All this talk about dating has to be for the TV show. Her “friends” should stop pushing her on these dates. I think that she is trying a bit harder with the party to make up for the change in the family dynamic. Wish them the best!

I agree I found it weird that Cairo is 6 and as close as she says she was with Jerome he just met her. That’s plausible for families where money to travel is an issue but Tia clearly could make that happen. I feel like her “date” was for entertainment purposes because who goes on a date with someone prior to talking to them on the phone at least. I also think They’re finding guys in their 30s still Tia needs someone closer to her age when she’s ready to actually start dating. I would love to know if she and Cory tried marriage counseling prior to divorcing or if Tia has done any individual therapy. It seems like she would benefit from some therapy.

Jerome was very present on the reality show with tamera and tia, so i thought it was strange that he hasn't seen cairo, in so many years. Maybe he set boundaries with the family.
I believe Jerome lives in Pennsylvania that maybe apart of the reason he hasn’t met Cairo. I know from social media that Tia and Tamera attended Jerome’s mom’s funeral about a year ago but none of the children attended. None of the children attended their Grandmothers funeral either.
Definitely. I’ve seen interviews where she classified herself as the black sheep of the family b/c she is the only one who isn’t continuing on with the traditional Christian values they were raised with
