The 6th amendment gives citizens a series of rights in criminal trials. They include the rights to a fast and public trial by an impartial jury, to be aware of the criminal charges, to confront witnesses during the trial, to have witnesses appear in the trial, and the right to legal representation The Fifth Amendment breaks down into five rights or protections: the right to a jury trial when you're charged with a crime, protection against double jeopardy, protection against self-incrimination, the right to a fair trial, and protection against the taking of property by the government without compensation. .@@Lord-Gazimus
Accused or not you do not have to answer any questions asked by law enforcement. Ask any lawyer worth anything and they will tell you to never talk to law enforcement.

No, false; just like there are laws stating you must comply with police officer questions relating to identification (e.g. A.R.S. 13-2412, etc.), the border patrol has the same legal requirement for asking for citizenship if 100 miles from the border (She said which law stipulates this in the video)
How ironic the woman over the phone didnt want to reveal her info due to skepticism while the nurse was recording!
6th Amendment ?? what does that have to do with an immigration check point ?

Has she never made a doctor's appointment before?!
Also the nurse can definitely see the lady's entire chart on her computer anyway.
This EXACTLY! All of my Dr's are exactly the same.

No, the people who run HOA are stupid. HOA makes sense.
