Ok so about almost a month ago I got banned from toh for "exploiting" which I did not do , I think the reason I got banned is because I used emotes and it said in the chat "you can't use emotes here" but nevertheless I don't really understand why I got banned since I did nothing wrong (I also had very bad internet connection and I was lagging like a b) btw the error name was 267 if anyone knows how to solve this please tell me because I really want to play toh again
