He is so right! I knew a man who was deaf & blind who was the happiest man I have ever seen, especially when reading his brail Bible or talking about Jesus(by you either sign language or spelling in his hand!) Perry Glenn was a delight to know! I was humbled by his love for God, His Word and people!
