Fantastic video, I love the way you broken down your process in steps. As a new player, I was already thinking about much of what you said, but this confirmed some instincts. Would love more specifics about what all the tactical options due, most creators just say stuff like "If you want to pass less, click this." without any context on why'd you want to shift away from any of the default options once you select a main tactic. Thank you for the video!
Hey man there are some fm UA-camrs like the deep lying playmaker, RDF tactics, coach roan and avgdad these UA-camrs give a lot of insight on how to make tactics
i use a tactic i like and then build the team around, if im coaching a small team i adapt the tactic to the players, so if we dont have fast strikers i use a poacher, if we dont have a regista i use a dm, no ball playing defenders etc the struggle is often on the wingers, but i had success training their role in another position, for wingers i let them plays af or even mezz'ala. a winger like vinicius plays advanced forward, a winger like kvaratskhelia plays mezz'ala or advanced playmaker (ex: in a 352) with fullbacks, if they're good at tackle and marking i train them as wide central back, if they're more fast and creative (like theo, hakimi, davies, frimpong) i play them wing-back/wingers
A very good and useful video, however I do think one has to do a deep dive to the comparison stats to see which tactic instructions make sense to toggle. Also many lower league teams have low teamwork attribute value which means they will not be able to follow too many tactic instructions, so having simple vanilla roles and as few instructions as possible might make sense.

This might sound weird but how do I know that the tactic will ‘make sense’. Like do the roles work together?
Just watch how your team play in game and learn some tactics theory
Use different tactica until you know the tactic is good

Go to DK Falcon and jayfm22 they would help alot in the mobile version
used this vid and on my first game i won 6-1
How long do you give a tactic to settle in? Does the tactical familiarity mean much?
it was not so helpful no depth exp. my team is best in passing in the league no options tell i dont know much about fm
