POSEYDON-1000 allows diagnostics, effective washing and drying of DPF filters and catalysts of various designs, including EURO 5 and EURO 6 standard.
Gentle and effective cleaning by washing method allows to achieve excellent results and avoid damage to expensive filter.
The operating principle of the stand is based on the effect of hydro-impact and the properties of turbulent fluid movement. Special washing solutions and certain temperature regimes are used in the cleaning process. After cleaning the filter working properties are restored by 97%.

- High-speed filter drying mode with a high-performance hot air blower, which allows to completely remove the remaining moisture from the product.

• The washing chamber of the stand is completely made of stainless steel. The 200 litre tank is built into the wash chamber, has water heating and level sensors and an auto-fill function.
• The stand has a three-stage filtration of dirty water during washing, which does not require expensive maintenance.
• The "primary rinse" function allows the dirtiest water to be discharged directly into the sewer, in order not to contaminate the water in the tank, thus increasing the number of washing cycles (before water change).
• Drying by means of an air blower with a heating element with a stream of hot air dries the filter.
• The drying and washing systems are fundamentally separated to increase the reliability of the stand.
• The chamber is equipped with a separate pump for manual washing of coarse filter contaminants, or for servicing the chamber itself with clean water from the water supply.
• The stand is equipped with various adapters for connecting particle filters with different connection surfaces, flanges or to a pipe. There is also special equipment for washing large size particulate filters of EURO 5 and EURO 6 standard.
