Why do you have him at 88% CC? Wasting a lot of potential damage plus no pen set. I guess this works as a bellwether, but he has potential to do much better than this.
Everybody farms rage set with cc, and the cc set probably has the best offensive stats of all his gear, i really dont think he will farm a new rage set with only 50% cc.
@@dub7774 Dont need to "farm a new set" to adjust your CC down. Switch a few pieces for more damage oriented options. Even removing the crit set in favor of pen set would be an improvement if the goal is to show his potential.

Its still pretty low and very high investment. I'll stick to Ram because all it takes is +30 kal adra and 300%CDMG
