Praying for you Maddie, you have been a blessing to me and I pray that you are blessed with good health and continuous support from friends and family. I began watching amsr while struggling with anxiety and depression induced insomnia because I didn’t want to take sleeping pills. Your videos were the most helpful during that time. Now that I’m completely healed, I still enjoy sleeping to asmr (and I even want to start my own channel) I hope that you too get to experience the blessing of recovery from mental or physical illness.
