Yoo great vid and I noticed that you said that you weren’t 100% with your PCI maybe try no PCI settings so you don’t see your PCI and you can focus on the ball better

Try altitude instead of diamonds in the center PCI it makes it a little easier to square it up
Something I try to think about when I’m at the plate is what kinda of pitches am I swinging at, rather than where my PCI is. I trust that if I keep my approach consistent I’ll eventually start putting good PCIs on the ball. Sometimes I’ll just take a breath every couple batters and take till 2 strikes just to mentally reset.
Also don’t burn yourself out, it’s easy to just be at the plate and swinging at everything bc you’ve been playing for 9 hours straight, even a 15-20 minute break will help you reset
