Hey Waz, you inspired me to do my first speedrun today. I challenged myself to beat skyrim before the new decade at 7:33, and it took me 3:10:27, lol. But that was glitch less, and with your commentated main quest run, I think I can bring it down significantly. I also really love how you reply to comments. I’ve commented before, and I found it really touching that you took the time to respond. Keep being awesome, dude!
I surprised myself when I did it years ago but I did the skip at 6:00 on my own without knowing what it would do bc I wanted to see what happen lol, I ended up skipping like most of the questline
failing to attend your own wedding gives you control during cutscenes. that's how he just wanders around in the past on the main questline speedrun during the reading of the elder scroll. and here he walks around while being paralyzed by karliah's poison.
It's oddly the fastest way to skip through the mini cutscene / dialogue of them opening the vault to find mercer has ransacked it. Entering/exiting an area tends to advance dialogue about 3/4 lines and move NPCs about.
There are games that look fun to speedrun such as those Mario and Zelda games. But watching this is painful to watch and I can’t understand why anyone would want to speedrun Skyrim
well that’s why commentating is important. I knew this person who would tell the most mundane and average stories but she would tell them in such a over exaggerated and comic way it would always intrigue me and burst me into laughter. I have seen a lot of good speed runners who explain what’s going on and make some funny jokes but the vast majority either don’t commentate or are just the most boring people ever without explaining anything. I think a speedrun can be interesting even with a game like Skyrim but if there’s no commentary it sucks balls. Plus I find glitchless stupid as they still use glitches
I've ran Super Mario World and Super Mario 64 (considered to be the best speedgame there is) and I've found Skyrim to be the most fun of everything I've ran. Maybe it's not noticeable for viewers but almost everything about Skyrim is execution based, aka skill, right down to the smallest of details which makes it an incredibly engaging and interesting speedrun to do. It's also crazy fast paced with cool glitches everywhere and the perfect balance of difficulty, easy to learn but hard to master. But in general certain types of games/gaming are always more fun for some than others. Battle royales like Fortnite are hugely popular but I find them unbearably boring.
*teleports behind mercer* nothing personell

When will marcurio really get married?
Marcurio: heart been broke so many times, I don't know what to belieeeeeve
lurkin lurker lmao
I married him last week, to make up for all the times he got stood up at the altar by speedrunners
he deserves it. asshole.
17:56 One step ahead of Mercer. Damn, these skips are amazing and make for a much more entertaining run than the other one, I saw from you.
That’s really cheeky of you to just run up to Mercer and nick the skeleton key like that. I hope you gave it back.
Modern Skyrim speedrunners:
Sorry I missed our wedding babe, I had to *checks notes* get poisoned and almost die?
Bandit: Ain't this a surprise?
The guy who has played this game for 10k hours: Will you shut up man?
Godly speed run I learned so many new things and glitches!
I really hope you reach a thousand subs. You deserve to monetize your content.
thieves guild: we have to kill mercer frey!
Waz: lemme do you one better *steals back the stolen skeleton key*
Hot damn that was fast! You've really broken the shit out the game at this point haha.
Yeah, this run should be the world record
Nice run!
*Sells Balimund's own items to him*
Brynjolf: Never done an honest day's work in your life for all that coin you're carrying, eh lad? 😂😂😂😂😂😂

You should do a run of getting all daedric artifacts for M'aiq
Are you the one who is going to do the Clear All Locations speedrun? :D
what happens with mercer after that ? is he still alive or does he just disappear ?
I need one of these with commentary. I have no idea what the fuck is happening.
“A rubbing eh?”
Great run
*T H E E F*
How do you not get it to freeze when Karliah shoots you?
I'm gay
@@Avinele Kaj si ti?
I think its something with the wedding

10:28 snitch

If you can do the skip at 6:00 couldn’t you dupe items easier?
What. The. Fuck?
How the duck 🦆
Noice dude
17:53
Cool. 👍
is bunnyhoping really make u move faster than sprint?
Yeah, it's jumping at sprint speed with Infinite Sprint Glitch activated. It saves a lot when going up or downhill and jumping over stuff.
@@Waz why cant you just normally jump while sprinting? It should have been possible without glitches in the base game
11:40 what are you doing there ???

Wololo
Is this fun?
then why play it?

I would only do it if I've completed the quest a million times or need to obtain an item
