If Bobby is making promises, he might be drunk. If Sam and Mark relied on Bobby to keep his promises, then they're definitely drunk.
First Wanda “Skyes” NOW Andy “RiCHter” 😂😂😂
I caught the "Richter".. did he really say "Wanda Skyes" once? Haha💀
I hope to god he's doing that on purpose.
And Ali Macosfy
@profoundwanderer1441 yes and no lol
How much we wanting to bet that Bobby won't follow through for sam and mark
It would be off brand if he actually did lmao
Andrew will pick up his slack once again.
I legit have no idea how Bobby holds any weight in comedy right now. Motherfucker wasn't that funny to begin with.
Sam drooled for an improv set....and bombed recently. Be careful what rich kids wish for.
@@joeriveracomedya comic bombed? I've never heard of that before 😰
Regz should be Protect our Trailer Parks
So glad you go "inside baseball" on the comedy scene. It's so interesting to me and I'm sad that every time comics start in on that on a podcast, they back off. They think the fans don't want to hear about it. You ask the best questions on your interviews and I recommend your channel to everyone. Keep up the good work!
Knowing the complications of booking clubs, and good and bad experiences at clubs make me feel closer to the comedians
you guys are so corny@@tanonymous2557
It never ends with comedians and their sense of self worth to the world
They easily have the least self worth of any profession. They so desperately need approval that they entertain strangers for it. Bad take
@@samuel34676 any art form does but a lot of comedian circles are their own arbiters where they have a built in understanding of how to spot phonies
When they started calling non-comedians “civilians” I stopped liking them.
Also once I realized 99% of them are trust fund babies.
@@AlSimmons-km6ge funny is funny in my eyes. Some make me piss myself laughing and that's enough
@@AlSimmons-km6geyeah calling non comedians civilians is cringe as fuck
I truly feel its not the comics against eachother, but the clubs being weird.
yea i wonder if its another version of bert and bobby's agent beef (with different people)
Shane Mccuskers new special was hilarious
the shaman🙏

Man.. seeing this channel BOOM over the last year has been nuts man, congrats and keep up the bangin updates!
You're killing it with this channel format. Love it
The Regz podcast is a godsend. Those 4 have been doing pods together since 2010 and is always gold.
doing podcasts since 2010, but cant figure out audiolevels.
I hate all 4 of them lol
@troymelnyk7253 hating people you don't know tends to happen when you have childhood trauma. Sorry bro, hopefully you'll be able to find a therapist that can help one day.
@@therivergiveth what a douchey ass comment over a joke 🤣🤣
idolizing people you don't know (referring to them as a "godsend" or believing all their work is "gold") comes from feelins fo inferiority making you put celebs you dont know on pedestals. Get help before you get all Hinkley level
It’s been 2 months since this interview
in the last week: Sam Morill, Mark Normand, and Dan Soder performed at the comedy store. Bobby actually made good on his promise.
Bro that acting bit on Friedland was legit the funniest thing I've ever seen
Nope, not even close. The most annoying person, Rick is miles ahead on him, they're not even in the same league.
Rick made me shed a tear with how broke he is.
When I first found and learned about the comedy scene in the US as a european.
The NY one is VASTLY better. The variety is insane and LA has a bunch of hacks like Bert, Whitney Cummings, The Redact and Pedo D'lia.
Bert and Whitney are hacks? Is that why they’re literally world famous and incredibly successful
@@ivbeenshot9times1 Have you seen what Whitney does? Her podcast tanked, her trailer for her netflix special tanked and her special got rated insanely low.
She's coasting off of being a good writer, not a good stand up.
Bert caters to the "i'm a big fat white guy who drinks excessively too". His stand up isn't anything amazing. Hence why he didnt have much of a following before being buddies with Rogan and Tom.
name a single funny new york comedian ill wait
@@Plague_Doc22 berts following came from the machine story not rogan and tom plus his specials are hilarious i cant even name a single new york special i was able to finish and didnt get bored of
@@7eddiii "berts following came from the machine story "
You mean the story that blew on because of him telling it on Rogans podcast that has millions of views? lmfao. Bert even credits him for blowing him up as he pushed Bert to tell the story.
Tom also blew up because of Rogan. It's clear you dont know the history of the three.
Andy RICHter, love that guy 😆
Anyone who’s ever lived in LA isn’t surprised by this. LA is all about appearance and not substance, where New York is the opposite. New York doesn’t give af about perception but really cares about substance
As a New Yorker, all I can say is that New Yorkers love to tell people this but it’s kind of not true
There’s plenty of fake bs in NY
@@ivbeenshot9times1the difference is in NY it’s upfront and in your face and not behind your back
Easy coast people are kind but not nice, West coast people are nice but not kind. It’s always been like that.
They’re both shit you 🤡
@@evangelionl0vr857be original that same corny saying
Jokewrld always got the hot topics fresh out the podcast press
Okay jokewrld burner account ahahaha. Nice try
@@Ilovecomedy818 do I sound that much like a bot?
Currently, isn't Matt Rife the entirety of the LA comedy scene? Everyone else who is anyone is in Austin at the Mothership.
I attended that comedy show on Feb 4th 2020 for my birthday and I am disappointed that you can't get another line up like that at the store anymore
GREAT video!! i was worried it was going to be clickbait. I sgould have known better coming from you. Keep up the great work!!
The thumbnail lowkey looks like "We Might be Drunk" vs "Bad Friends" haha!
The Regz is hilarious, great new addition
ari talking about morals is hilarious.
That Swedish German, Andy Rich…ter.
Any side with Bobby Lee on it, will win!!! All Hail The Slept King 🙏🔥🔥🔥🔥💯
Ari is technically an LA comic lol
As hollywood as it gets
That's the joke! He's talking about himself..
Joe Rogan is in no way and never has been one of the top comics...... podcasting is his game
As far as ticket sales you're wrong. He sells out stadiums. I do agree as far as being funny there are much better comics.
He’s great for giving comedians, scientists, philosophers and such exposure tho.
Andy “RICHter?! I’m offended he doesn’t know who he is. how can I trust his opinion now
"Andy Rich-ter" lol
New here and hooked. Great podcast
This is actually good content. I used to scim but i find myself watching the whole video now.
This is great dude I love this scene but aint nobody got time for that
I quite enjoy both LA and New York comedy
im so glad that the Regz was mentioned.... i wish we had more LoS content on this channel... but i get how its not "YT friendly", hahaha
Sam Morill doesn’t have trouble getting a spot at the comedy store. He refuses to perform there because they mistreat his New York peers. BTW, him saying “this sounds complicated” is his sarcastic way of telling Bobby that he’s full of shit
Right totally
well i mean maybe him and his new york peers should try being funny for a change just a thought
As a fan I go to the Store all the time and it’s incredible every single time. Always packed and with big names and cool pop ins happening constantly.
Yeah it’s got to be the hottest comedy club on the planet. But doesn’t everyone know that?
@@JackBlackNinja did you watch the video this comment section belongs to?
@@DistrictSoundLab yeah did I miss a part where he talks about the comedy store not doing well?
@@JackBlackNinja yeah there’s a narrative about the store being super weak now but I find it amazing. It would be cool if the Austin dudes were still there but it’s still incredible for any comedy fan
ANDY FUCKIN RICH-TER 🤣 🤣 🤣 ITS PRONOUNCED RICK-TER.
First time I've ever seen the guy behind joke wlrd nice to see ya
Impeccably-produced video, per usual!
Aside from Rich-ter
You're Killin' It
There are no comics left in LA 😂
What are you talking about dude, Chris D'Lia is there, Bramdems Squabbbss, Annie Leatherman, etc, etc... etc...
@@zerocool5395 😂🤣😭 my bad
I love the original regulars of YKWD back since the earliest episodes
Good plug on regz
joke wrld to the moon 📈
6:38 Panel shows in the UK are basically this, edited for time, plus some game-show gimmick, and that formula has worked out pretty well.
Actors vs Comedians
For what it’s worth, and I understand I’m completely bias cause I take photos at the store, but the store still gets incredible talent. Mark Normand is a paid regular at the store and went up multiple times last week when he was in town. Tom Segura also went up many times when he was in town. Because they don’t live in LA and some people have moved doesn’t represent the store is in another dark age. This not a comment at all about the systems that is in place at the store simply saying that we still have both young growing talent comedians and legends performing at the store regularly.
In the last few weeks: Mark Normand, Adam Sandler, Arsenio Hall, Andrew Shultz, both Bad Friends, Deon Cole, Nikki Glasser, Whitney Cummings, Harland Williams, Bert, Tim Dillion, Margret Choe, Leslie Jones, Asif Ali, Jetski Johnson, Kam Patterson and many many more.
Again, not at all a comment on the system that makes it really unnecessary difficult for NYC comedians (and just those who don’t live in LA at some point in their career) just saying we are by no means in a dark period (and I understand I am bias because I take photos at the store).
6:06 wish protect our parks is so perfect.
Cool channel.
It's like SportCenter for comedy.
Great Work!
7:15 seems like a near identical episode of flagrant podcast with the small person and ginger guy where they were showing off their acting skills
Did you say Andy richster Lmao
That lineup is probably one of the best in history
Great vid as usual
I hope that guy gets a sticker this time😂
“Best comics in the world” then shows Joe Rogan lmao 😂
Damnit! I love stickers but refuse to use IG. One day…. Anyways! Thanks for the clips! Keep killin’ it!
This is a dope channel, I could see it getting big if comics start hearing about it
He already had mark normand on
@@pyramidion5911 for real?? I gotta check that out, that’s a big get, next stop is Rogan lmao
It’s gettin there the word is out
I hope it doesn’t get bigger than any individual comic he covers
@@rileypelzer5808why? He's comedy news and takes absolutely nothing away from individual comics, actually highlights them and gives exposure.
This is a dope lineup. Keep doing y’all’s thing man. !
It’s so funny that comedians pretend to have this thick skin but cry about “well this club won’t let me get spots” y’all seem to be doing fine I can’t believe they’re really crying about this shit
Mark Normand was just at the comedy store on Friday
Yes he was and Andrew Schulz
0:01: 🎭 The difference between the comedy scenes in New York and LA is that New York comedians are more focused on being funny while LA comedians are more fame-driven and the Comedy Store in LA is not treating comedians as well as the Comedy Seller in New York.
2:59: 🤔 Comedians are discussing the changing comedy scene and the difficulty of getting spots at The Comedy Store in Los Angeles.
6:29: 💬 A new podcast called The Regs featuring Bobby Kelly, Dan Soder, Joe List, and Louis J Gomez premiered earlier this month and has been well-received.
8:31: 🎤 Several comedians have new stand-up specials out or coming soon, including Corey Feldman, Andy Richter, Matt McCusker, Nick Griffin, Trevor Wallace, and Joe List.
Recap by Tammy AI
Just did my first comedy set a Bricktown comedy club
THe new york scene is where people go to do standup. The la scene is where people do standup to try and get an acting gig (or podcast now)
Everyone loves stickers 😂
Lisa Gilroy was PERFECT for TYSO. I’d love to see more collabs from them sooner than later.
Whats the outro beat?
sam morill is more anti-charisma than pete davidson
Of course we want inside baseball
Good luck stopping this....its the same problem west coast and east coast rap had.
That's why rhe mothership is in a perfect location.
I never heard anyone pronounce Andy Richters name like that lol
How do I get these stickers ,?
Going through your manager is like going through the gm at a restaurant as a server or bartender... asking to get covered. Just go to the source. Ask to go in or cover and you will be solid. #101
07:58 Adam actually made me laugh there 😅
About time our bug gets some shine on this channel
Regz was so good. I love the ball busting
So if this is the modern day version of the East Coast vs West Coast hip-hop thing, which comedians are going to end up as the Biggie and Tupac of the situation?
As a life long Califoria native, I can verify: Comedy and common sense has left California about 20 years ago.
I didn’t know Nick Kroll was Adam Friedland’s dad that’s pretty cool
I tell you what I already knew exactly what rickglassman looked like before I saw the video pod, I thought hed look a tad older tho.
Wait... so you're saying Glassman and Friedman were 2 different people this whole time?!
Yes. One is actually funny. Guess which one.
@@hightiescannabis4827 so far I don't see it lol

The regz aka the rejected protect our parks
Andy RICH-ter? cmon man, dudes a legend
Was this video supposed to be released on friday?😂😂
Joke WRLD is such a dork but I appreciate you
The comedy podcast scene is an ouroboros: a snake eating itself. There are so many and they all appear on each other's shows. They're overexposing themselves, and it's been going on for a while already. They think they're feeding themselves, but it's cannibalism.
Missing bobos offer on tigerbelly and bad friends (this week and last week ). He seems to be doing major damage control for the store.
Please 🙏bring back BEIN' IAN to "Guest Spots" segment.
You'd just added him in a few weeks ago but he wasn't included this episode. Hoping that was oversight cuz he's new favorite
The Reg's are the Temu version of Protect our Parks.
All these incredibly original and hilarious dudes in the comments are real mad 😂
Ooh! I love Andy Rishter!
I caught Mccucksters special, its pretty good, shallow i thought it be deeper but thayt being said i think its nicer then most of the stuff out there..im a big fan of Matt i will he watching him for sure. Dawg is godsent
