Well I showed my Boom Boom Room earlier so here are the minor changes to my main listening area. Needless to say...I make my entire house a "music area" lol.
I've recently become addicted to CD box sets, and I think your box set series were some of the first videos of yours I ever saw, would love for you to bring that series back. Great video!🤘
mrhoffame No thank you! Love your channel and your passion for music, which just makes me love it even more! Again, thank YOU! Keep up the great content!🤘
Hi Brandon. Good to look around and thanks for sharing. I remember the previous place you had was quite different in that (in a nice way) it looked like a record shop more with the racks in the centre of the room. You've done a nice mixture of stuff here and I really liked the 'OUTBOX' section you had - very practical, as was the use of space behind the couch. Thanks again for letting us drop by :-)
Thanks man! Yeah, I missed my old place too. Actually the 4 or so music rooms I have had over the past 8-9 years have all been very different and there are aspects about each one that I really , really missed. I do miss the open space of the last one and with my new place I love having multiple rooms to work with. Always fun to create your musical world lol.
Thanks man. I'm always changing it. I love doing that for some reason. I'll be posting one of my new cd room this weekend so keep an eye out. Love your vids by the way ..."Meerrrrr" LOL. That is going to stick with me for awhile lol.
Thanks for stopping by my friend. Truly appreciate it. Make sure you check out my most recent room tour video that I posted just a week or two ago. A number or changes since this one lol.
OMG man! Neil is BEYOND amazing. I think people so take him for granted. I mean this guy was playing stuff with Buffalo Springfield and CSN DECADES ago lol. We here songs like Judy Blue Eyes or For What It's Worth people tend to think "60s Flower Power" and the "Good old days from long ago". Well that is the same Neil Yong that is putting out great albums to this very DAY!! lol. Not to mention the diversity of his song writing. The guy is beyond a legend to me.
He's one of my heroes as a songwriter and lots of his albums are fantastic, beautiful, great, influential stuff. After The Gold Rush is one of my top favourite albums of all time
i gotta say bro. u got a big ass collection of music. u must listen to all sorts of stuff. like me. currently listening to the reissue of steely dan albums on cd. i picked up 6 or 7 of their early stuff. keep up the great videos bro mike from canada
Thanks man lol. Yeah, I listen to a ton of stuff. I don't really spend a ton of money on clothes, I don't drink, don't smoke, etc so a lot of places where people spend tons and tons of money over the years don't really hit me. The only place I tend to spend it on is music lol. It also helps that I have pieces in my collection that go all the way back to when I was in 5th grade lol. I guess it adds up over the years lol.
Here's a video topic for you: if you were to transform yourself into 5 or so vinyl albums, what 5 vinyl albums would best represent everything you are, in a musical sense? Have fun with this (i don't know if this had been done before in the vc) I'm sure you can come up with a creative title Cheers!
Actually, we just did that one lol. Go back to my video from just a few weeks ago (I think it was called Rule of 5 or something liker that) where I did a response to Farley's Fancaves Contest :)
thanks for showing the light machine. now i know where to get one! where did you get the the stand for ur turntable and receivers? what are they called? i've tried to find one and don't know where to look.
In this this video it is just a shelves form ikea. The one here holding my main system is the expedit (current one has a different name lol) with the center shelf on the top removed. Then I got two "Besta" doors from ikea and put those legs on them to make the shelves the receiver and cd player are sitting on. All ikea stuff there.
Yeah, there are three of them there. I found one at a records store and then my ex girlfriend's dad built the other two since I didn't have tools here. Painted them and walla!! lol
Well you got lucky that he made them for you.I like them because it is easy to look for a record, it's like what they have at the record stores. My expedit is packed and makes it difficult to look for records even though I have them alphabetically organized.Cheers
I don't really have a list or anything. I'm just kind of pulling things out of that stack I showed at the start. I'm always pulling, selling, or trading things. I do have an ebay page that I post things on. My ebay user name is the same as my username here. Thanks for watching my friend!!
I buy cds as I find them. Unless they are Japanese Mini lps I will not pay much for cds. I would guess I probably pick up many 5-6 cds a month. Not a ton as I always tend to search for things on vinyl first.
Thanks man! I got those at Wal Mart believe it or not. I did add 3 shelves to each one. If you like his tour make sure you check out my 2018 updated tour video I put up about 2 months ago. I think I new set up kills this one lol. Thank for watching my friend. ua-cam.com/video/R6BTEa-DI4E/v-deo.html
Oh heck yeah man lol! Gotta love the Death lol. If you look at those records sitting behind my couch....the row with the Testament record on the front?....the fourth name divider back is Megadeth. All of their studio albums on cd too of course. :)
That’s beautiful man, love these ‘browser’ boxes behind the couch - fantastic!
You have an awesome set up! I like it.Specially all the records behind the couch.Cheers
That was a cool little turntable! made me chuckle when the sound came on.Cheers

I hear Neil Young in the background, one of my top favourite rock artists ever. Your collection is just incredible.

Did you build the record holder cabinet that sits low and behind the couch? It looks really good! how many records does heach cavity hold?Cheers
Yeah, there are three of them there. I found one at a records store and then my ex girlfriend's dad built the other two since I didn't have tools here. Painted them and walla!! lol

hey man, how frequently are you buying CD's for the collection these days?
Are you trading many CD's?
I buy cds as I find them. Unless they are Japanese Mini lps I will not pay much for cds. I would guess I probably pick up many 5-6 cds a month. Not a ton as I always tend to search for things on vinyl first.
