    Biking out at Keystone is what made me fall in love with mountain biking. Keystone is a great place to ride with super friendly locals and is home to my favorite trail, Money, which I hope you were able to ride. War Eagle!

      I can see why it made you fall in love with biking! It was a load of fun! We really wanted to ride money but unfortunately werent able to, it was closed, they seem to be adding some new wood features to it. War Eagle!

    Awesome Video! Your go pro set up is super nice. Question: How do you know if you have never been, how fast to approach obstacles? Seems like you did a really good job not casing a lot of jumps or over shooting them.

    Are your bars carbon?

    • @thomasthetrailengine9474
      @thomasthetrailengine9474  6 років тому

      nope! just aluminum raceface respond bars

    • @austinjew3092
      @austinjew3092 6 років тому

      Thomas the Trail Engine won’t the carbon help with vibration dampening ? That’s the only reason I run them.

    Would you be able to do shit like this on a 140mm travel stumpie from 09?

    • @thomasthetrailengine9474
      @thomasthetrailengine9474  7 років тому +1

      Two of my buddies were on bikes with 140mm travel forks in the front and 130mm and 115mm in the back respectively. My last bike was a 130mm trail bike which I used for all my riding including downhill so its definitely doable!

    Why is this video only 360P?

    • @thomashardin6604
      @thomashardin6604 7 років тому +1

      THOMAS FISKE UA-cam can take a minute to offer the higher definition options with the video processing. It should be available in 1440p once it's all done

    130$ lift tickets isn’t no joke

    • @thomasthetrailengine9474
      @thomasthetrailengine9474  6 років тому

      Austin Jew it was $30 when we went!

    • @katietrotter9374
      @katietrotter9374 6 років тому

      maybe their winter lift tickets cost $130. Summer is $30-$40 with season passes being like $290 I think which covers keystone breck and vail locally, with some additional parks in utah and california i believe. its very fair.
