Not gonna lie, I was a bit disappointed when I saw you-know-who in the post-credit scene, but I was thinking; if you had watched the first film, you might remember that Robotnik still had one of Sonic's prickles in a test-tube on the Mushroom Hill Planet, so maybe . . . just maybe . . . maybe he will use it to make METAL Sonic, Sonic's robotic double from Sonic CD, then we might meet Amy Rose in the third film!
I hope in Sonic Movie 3 we get Sonic and Shadow fighting each other in outer space just like in SA2 with Amy and Tails fighting Eggman with his Tornado-mech while Knuckles and Rouge fighting over the Master Emerald. And for the grand finale, Sonic and Shadow both used the chaos emeralds to stop Eggman. I pray this happens.
