The cabinet and the mods look great! I just got a Hang On cabinet myself, and it’s a bit of a project. Didn’t have time to test it yet (it’s currently stored away until I find the time to work on it), but a couple of things I noticed - at some point it had been converted to JAMMA, and the board is missing (I’ll probably get one of those multi game boards with an VGA/HDMI outputs, so it’s easier to hook up to an LCD display, since the CRT is probably busted, it wasn’t well stored or maintained). Also, the acceleration meters are missing - I was wondering if they are functional (or just decorative) on an original cabinet? I’m pretty new to arcade cabinets here in Europe, recently I’ve got hold of an 80’s JAMMA cabinet (which I fitted with a multi game board). It had a functional CRT display, but unfortunately the colours on it got messed up after a couple of hours of use. After hours of troubleshooting and changing various parts on the neck board and the analog board, I concluded that the tube itself got worn, so it got replaced with an LCD. It’s working great at the moment. I was meaning to do an overview video on mine, once I get it out of the storage, so I was wondering if you could give me any tips/advice about fixing it up (once I determine the state of it, of course). Cheers!

Do you know if the brake is analog (so, gradual) or just digital (full brake on/off)?
