Your home is beautiful and I can tell that it was well cared for. I'm sure that you won't miss the freezing cold winters. I sold my home last year after 34 years living there and raising two children, I learned that as hard as it was leaving my home, I got to take all those memories with me in my heart. I’ve been MIA for quiet some time. Your home & property were both beautiful. What part of Florida is the condo. I know I knew years ago when I started watching, but again I’ve been missing all the things for a couple of years. I would Love to downsize. I’ve been in this home for almost 20 yrs now and just the thought of having to go through 20 years worth of Crap has me over whelmed & full of anxiety. And you pay as much now for a much smaller home as you did for the larger one. It’s a golf course community and the market is crazy right now. A house in the neighborhood sold for 10% Over Asking. Hopefully now that I’ve found you again I can catch some more videos. Take care and Enjoy Florida!!
This was like memory lane for me and all the years watching you. Even empty your house is so grand! Get back on UA-cam I'm getting withdrawn symptoms waiting for a longer video this time.
Well that was fun Tammy...I'm in the throws of a move right now. We purchased a new home and close Monday...and physically move on Friday. Had planned on not selling the condo until we were settled in and had the time to deal with it but as you know when the market is hot you just go with it. Had an offer that we couldn't refuse (4 actually) and we close on it on the 22nd! Packing is not fun as you know. Lots of purging! We had sold our Arkansas home furnished which made that move easy - this one not so much. Safe travels and we'll see you back in Florida. xo patti
I've read that was happening (people making more on unemployment). I feel compelled to give a shout-out to our southern CA gardening professionals for continuing to work hard. They can be seen working each day. CA is verrrry expensive so they are definitely earning more going to work. Let's give them a bonus here and there whenever financially possible ;)
I’m sure the workers were afraid of getting covid. They most likely got some kind of unemployment, but it’s not easy just living off that. I’m sure Tammy you can’t relate. Please be kind.
Miriam, Or perhaps she has some insight that you might not have. My husband and I own 2 business in the construction industry and know many other business owners who are also experiencing a labor shortage. We live in a state that shortened the quarantine mandates and people are out in droves. They are out shopping, going to the movies, and the bars, but they are not out working. We know people who are in management in retail businesses and restaurant businesses. Both have said that people will respond to employment ads, agree to an interview, and then never show. One said that they even scheduled 20 interviews on a single day and only 2 people showed up. Your comment was judgmental, and I think perhaps maybe you can’t relate.

Thanks to President Trump's Warp Speed, there were vaccines in place when demented biden stole office. biden continues stimulus payments when there is NO more need for them in order to keep people dependent on the government and to allow mass illegal migration in order to fill all the jobs people won't do because they rather stay home and get a government check. There, fixed it for you.
@@trumpgirl9950 tool. If that were true, we wouldn’t be short staffed at my job with the state. People are putting their foot down about working for sub standard wages. Employers who pay appropriately (Costco etc) have zero problem finding workers.

I loved this!! It almost made me sad, but I know how fabulous your Florida home is! 🌺🌴😘 Lisa
Gorgeous home Tammy. Glad I had a chance to see it.
Just magnificent, Tammy. Although it is always a little sad to leave a place we love, the wonderful memories keep us going forward to a new chapter. You are so fortunate to have a bright, beautiful future with Louie & the girls in Florida. Enjoy every minute!
Beautiful home. That would be hard to leave but you’ll make any home beautiful.
Your home is lovely and I am sure the new owners will love making it their home. The real estate market is insane, good thing you did not need to buy in Florida. Hugs!
Tammy you're home is spectacular! Beautiful grounds and love the privacy aspect. Must be bittersweet to leave, but you'll love wherever you and your husband call home I'm sure.
shes not married to lou
Beautiful home Tammy! The artist that did all your walls/ceilings did a spectacular job! And your artistry in Lou's office was pretty awesome too! I would have definitely thought it was done by the same professional you hired for all of your other areas.
It definitely would have been nice to see it with all of your furnishings in it, but it was still nice to see your home. It's a gorgeous home inside & out. I just Love that you're surrounded by all that beautiful nature, & how private it was being so set-back from the road. Thanks for giving us the grand tour!
A feeling of sadness there, a heaviness. But is very lovely.
A time gone by. Thanks for sharing.
Oh my goodness - the amount of time and effort this must have taken complete this move. So glad you got through that.
Gorgeous home! Thank you for sharing and best of luck in Florida! Those are “niches” in your home. Cupolas are square domes usually on the exterior roof.
Beautiful home, congratulations on selling your house.
Safe travels and we'll see you back in Florida. xo patti
Patti! So happy to see you on here! Been following you're moving journey also! You go girls!
Hi Patti, so wonderful to see you here...I know you can relate with the move:)
hey Patti I'm one of your viewers, was leaving a message thought was on your page lol.
Patti!! You are my favourite UA-camr at the moment!!
Beautiful home Tammy. I’m sure you had wonderful times there. Welcome to living in Florida. 😊
Your home was beautiful.
It reminds me of our home we once had in Maryland. I think I miss the wonderful memories that we made there.
I’m sure your Florida is also a beautiful home. Thank you for sharing🥰🥰🥰🥰
What a gorgeous house and trees around!!!I would never ever have a house like that, thank you for sharing and being welcomed to your home, real joy for the eyes to observe such beauty))windows especially charming))
What a magnificent magnificent castle!!! Wow absolutely breathtaking!!!! I’m speechless!!!! That home was made for King Louie and Queen Tammy !!! Gorgeous gorgeous!!! Xoxo🥰
Taking us down memory lane... so beautiful. I will miss your home too and your right your home is where "love" is. Love you Tammy!
grew up on the east coast. been in so. cal a very long time. really miss the beauty of the seasons of the east coast. simply exquisite.
What made you guys to leave New York for Florida? Beautiful property.
Beautiful Tammy! I love the combination of elegance and some contemporary! Love the floors and windows especially and a nice playroom for the girls!
What a beautiful lot. A large home for two people. I just found your utube video and this caught my eye. We also love Florida snd want to scale down. Hope you are very happy in your new home.
Gorgeous- thanks! I don't blame you for not showing it before.
Wow a stunner! The fall foliage must have been out of this world! I am from Syracuse NY and have lived in Orlando 25 years. I miss those beautiful fall colors ❤️.
We are also moving to Florida, when my wife retires next year. We are leaving California, moving to Naples.
I would love to get out of California as well. Florida seems to be the place to now!!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
@@godsgirl0019 I'm not looking forward to the humidity. I grew up in Ft. Lauderdale area, but I left when I was 19. Naples is very republican( and we're a same sex couple) so not looking forward to that either. However, FL doesn't tax pension and my wife is retiring from LAPD.
Gorgeous home. I’m sure you’re making wonderful memories in Florida. Thank you for sharing it with us!!!!
“My heart is where....” you are the best kid! This is so true. Wishing you only happiness and good health where your heart is now! XoxoDebbick
Oh my goodness! I miss your videos!
@@tortoisebeauty Aw, thanks.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. Happy for you that it finally sold. I love your yard!
Oh Tammy! What an amazing home you created!!! You made so many upgrades that it's easy to see how much you love your home! Congratulations on your retirement!!! Wishing you both (and Harley and Lula!) long and healthy and happy transitions!
Hello beautiful friend, I absolutely enjoyed your home and property tour! Beautiful home! Thank you so much!! Have a beautiful evening and a wonderful weekend!!! ❤
Your house is beautiful. I have Venetian Plaster in my Master suite and did a faux leather on the ceiling of my hubby's office in the house. So funny how similar we are. I truly hope you love living in Florida- I know you will miss your friends but you are so fabulous- you will make new ones in Florida too!!! xo
Thanks for sharing. This is a beautiful home. Wishing you & Lou all the happiness in your Florida home.
Tammy, thank you so much for sharing. You have a lovely home here and in your apartment! I am sure that your Florida home is just as lovely!
OMGOODNESS!!! You did an excellent job in Lous den!! It looks just like leather. Abundant Blessings...
This is a beautiful home! I think what I’d love most is the privacy & not having others right up on you. The views are gorgeous on all sides. I’m sure your home in FL is just as lovely!
So beautiful! Some of my favorite videos of yours are from way back when Bindy used to run around the yard! She was such a beautiful dog. Thank you for sharing this video with us. It was kind of nostalgic because I remember watching videos from a few different places in the house. You’ve done videos in your kitchen and several other places. I believe you did a workout video from your pool! You have been a great friend to us, thank you. ❤️
I miss seeing Bindi the amazing snake hunter princess out running around in the front yard in your older videos! Beautiful home Tammy thanks for finally giving us the tour. You are exactly right home is where the heart is!
This has to be the best house tour I have ever seen!
Thank you for sharing Tammy...what a lovely home and environment. You are so right; it doesn't matter what your walls are, it is where your heart it. For me it is my hubby of 35 years, my two dogs, and one cat:):) God bless you!
Beautiful inside and out !! I’m sure you meant niche and not coupala, which would be on the roof ☺️
Just wow. I probably will be dreaming of this house at night. Hopefully one day I can have something like this ❤️
I know beautiful and on 5 acres.
Your home was absolutely beautiful! There's no other words for it! I'm sure you'll have a wonderful time creating a new one in Florida! Best wishes!
Thank-you for the tour..its a beautiful house..there is always a little sadness when leaving a home, but also joy for the new one!
It makes me sad to know you're only just sharing your beautiful house and home with us only now. I can understand the need for privacy but ahh. Its missed out on the limelight when it could have shone. God it's like the perfect American dream home, you're so very lucky. Really enjoyed that. Thanks for sharing. What a treat! x
Thank you Tammy for showing us around this beautiful house. I am sure it is sad to leave it but you have your lovely home in Florida with Lou and the girls. Look forward to seeing you back on here soon.
Thank you Tammy, I enjoy seeing your beautiful home, glad you are finishing up on all the hard work and going home to enjoy your Florida home. I look forward to seeing you on you tube. Be safe in you travels.
Wow, just spectacular. Love what you and Lou did to it. The master bath and closet are definitely a dream. Many blessings in FL and on your new adventures.
What a gorgeous home Miss Tammy but I know the one you bought in Florida is just as beautiful. I so remember Bindi in that hallway, bless her heart. I’m the same, wherever my hubby and Dobi are is my happy place.🥰🥰💋
I would never have left this place. Just beautiful.
Beautiful, Tammy. Think I have the same BZ Cherry floors but one third of your space. My floors have darkened dramatically. I especially love your pantry, island and sunroom and all your angled walls. The lot is fabulous! You had so much charm! I bet you will miss it.
1 minute in...... its so beautiful, you must be sad to leave it. Love the Maple Tree 😍
I would think it would be hardest to leave Four Seasons ,but I guess that's personal. Fall and Winter are so beautiful.
Beautiful home.. I’m sure your going to miss it but I know you will make many new memories where your at now. Thank you for sharing with us ❤️
Wow!
Your toilet room view! I would never leave!
Beautiful home!! Enjoy your family in Florida, that IS what matters most!!
Thank you for sharing your lovely home. I am amazed how similar it is to our home (except we don’t have 5 acres as we live in town) It’s always bittersweet when you move out of a home as it contains so many memories. Best wishes in Florida!!!
I recognize your house because I came to the estate sale! Small world! All the best to you and your family in your new home. Enjoy!
What a beautiful home and thank you for sharing. I love the grounds as I am into gardening. I totally understand why you preferred to not show it while living there. You have to be so careful these days as you don't know who is trolling to come and break in. Sad it has come to that. I get the moving to Florida full time. I had to move from Palm Desert back to the NW when my mother was ill. She passed in January but I can't afford to move back now. Maybe someday.
Watch it again, had to show Robert your beautiful home. It would have been hard to let go I imagine. Your home in Florida now beautiful as well and I know the weather is warm and nice there. I love living close to the ocean myself.
Congratulations on selling your house. It must be bitter sweet. Loved the tour and can only imagine how spectacular the views must be in the fall. Thanks for sharing your house with us.
Love the grounds and the house! Many more happy and healthy years in Florida!!
