I felt bad for Ellie, what mr Johnson did wasn’t okay and at the end mrs grace fired him and his wife will find out and going to hear about this. And he got what he deserves.

Well it does no good to tell no one when the abuser is a 70 yr old man who claims to be Christian and is a so called Christian counselor and no one will help you. A pastor at a church told me to just ask for more money!! Would he have told his Daughter. No one cares not even my so called boyfriend who doesn't care about no one but Satan and himself ... But he claims to be a Christian too... It sucks!!!!
@@sadnlonelywithoutmydaughter911 Sounds like you need a new boyfriend. As to the 70 year old pervert, try using your phone to record him. After a few weeks of insulting behavior from a colleague, I had reached my limit. I grabbed his tie with my left hand and punched him in the face with my right. It happened just before a staff meeting. One secretary, who witnessed the event, called the conference room where everyone was gathering for the meeting and told the office manager what I had done. When I walked into the room, I was applauded by the other employees because nobody liked him. (I actually starting crying because I am not prone to physical violence.)
@@DramatizeMe No, he was not because I never told anyone what he had done. Interestingly, it was at a law firm. I briefly considered it, but decided to handle it myself. I would tell him to stop and he would say 'okay.' But the next day, he was at it again. As I said above, one day, I reached my limit. There are so many awareness videos of harassment but you have presented in a different way and as always I loved your direction and actors. Great work.
I think every working girl lives through this in her life and has to cope, stand her ground, and come out of it and be free. Not once but umpteen times! What gives men the right to behave so?
What Bradley did to Ellie was a crime. He touched her in such a way that made her feel uncomfortable. He was not only obnoxious but also a sexual predator. How could he do that?? The next thing he does is steal her glasses....what a dog move!! He could still see with at least one eye. But poor Ellie couldn't see anything; all because of his eye for an eye revenge. No wonder her presentation went terrible. Then when she found her glasses on the table and he comes in taunting her, made me want to throw him out the window. Elle should have kicked him between the legs when he asked her to see him in his office wearing a in skirt. The end was such a shocking turn of events after Mrs Grace encouraged and supported her. The scene where she showed all her colleagues the footage of his harassment and sent it to his wife was the best!! That dirty old man deserved it.
It is very important to acknowledge that bullies and harassers are not just and only in the male gender. Harassers and bullies show up from all the colors of the human spectrum. A bully and a harasser is a bully and a harasser independently of their gender/race/age. What disgusted me the most was how all the coworkers took Bradley's side, and that not one person believed Ellie was innocent. And it's so true in our society. People need to learn to not jump to conclusions based solely on someone's word.
