Don't give Turner much credit. He had to be talked into blindsiding Ameerah (he wanted to go after Taylor). And Monte and Alyssa had to double-team him into backdooring Michael. Those happened on his HoHs, but neither one was his idea.

Most of the Cookout liked the people outside their alliance way more than most if not all of the people actually in it. There’s been all-white alliances before that bullied people not in them and at least the cookout had an understandable game reason to align - and were extremely gracious and humble to people not in their alliance, even Big D and Kyland - who aren’t exactly the nicest guys out there - seemed to understand that the non-Cookout houseguests could understandably (even though as a viewer I nothing they did was wrong at all) could have felt screwed yet still remained very impersonal about it all. In the fictional scenario where Derek F was making fun of Derek X for being Asian or Xavier was saying Sarah Beth’s skin looked like milk or Hannah was saying you couldn’t see Whitney with the lights on bc she’s a ghost you could MAYBE say the Cookout were in the wrong. But this didn’t happen. They respected and empathized with the other players even when eliminating them. Most alliances don’t to that, and the players in the Cookout never dipped into us vs them house politics. They got together over their shared similarities despite their various personalities and skill sets rather than what made every other play different. Idk what to tell you. Aaryn flipped Candice’s bed to the point were she was carried out the room crying in BB15 and Jack was joking about assaulting Kemi in BB21 but a season in which Tiffany lets Claire vent her frustrations and disappointments on being eliminated because she just realized that she has to go in order to crown the first black winner is the most racist season? It’s just not the same. They outplayed everyone
