I have always liked Itzkak but I have to say in this video he was nasty, sarcastic and un-coporative with Ms Peckham. I felt sorry for her as she tried to keep on being jolly. It's especially ironic when you hear him pontificating then, about encouraging people/students etc. PIFF to that.
