Hashbrowns are sooo good. I wish I could figure out how to make them at home crunchy and good, lol. Even better if they'd taste like the McDonald's ones, haha.

Put them on 425 on a cookie sheet cook 8 minutes flip them and cook 6 minutes again.
Try the air fryer maybe.
