This is pure charcoal ash and we can get it by burning wood, step to make it 👇, you've to take wood and burn it properly, after burning the powder that remains, we call that "ashes".In that ash you have to put a small amount of pure cement and put some white/black concrete so that it becomes a structure and after that add a little water to it, take care that the water shouldn't be too much and now make the shapes you can keep it in the sun, after that if you want them to Crumble or whatever you have to do with that. Simar explained in detail above it.
