Considering from breaking ground to now...it took about 6 months

The way your land is situated mine is the opposite where the road is below and the land is above and its limestone so I would use the excavator to do a split cut with the road and the house spot and use columns to reach up to the stony areas like what you did I did approach a excavator man he said it would take a week to do the job and remove the excess materials
