Saudi is one of the safest countries in the world. Much safer for women than India. Also, Less clothes and Open Body does not mean successful and modern. The west is messing up with people’s minds. You can be successful and modern with modest clothes. Burqa is compulsory as per Islamic Teachings.
The west is not messing up anything. Look at ancient indian art, we used to wear almost nothing. And this was a time when clothes were readily available. Arabs at that time still wore burkas while we were free. Until arab invasion in India, we were very liberal civilization. Only after mughals, we became conservative. Today hindus have muslim mindset.
