id say dont balance out your stats. only do balance if you are looking for pvp but for other things such as farming, do not balance it out

Never balance stats
Its not good and i would just suggest to put majority of your stats for your damage
For example i would put most of my stats in sword mastery if i was using sword
Also you dont need equal health and stamina
