Right. I appreciated his content when it was strictly CF. It was when he delved into politics, etc. in the recent year that turned me off -- and I no longer watch his content.,
Same here. He was/is great in getting the unknown bits and pieces from the person’s life and mindset. He is clearly a great interviewer, however his blind rants and inability to see the whole picture made me stop watching him 😢
Dave has a great point on the size of the games. The money clearly isnt there for the games to be as huge as people want. Especially when everytime somethin goes wrong everyone threatens to boycott. If people want the games they have to support the brand
Does anyone know what signed for the World Fitnness Project Means? Do they have contracts or earn money or something.? So they have to travel to a certain number of events?
It's extremely disappointing to see CF turn the page to 2025 and we didn't get a satisfactory conclusion to the Lazar investigation that should have been more transparent. To some degree, I understand CF being a bit tight-lipped due to the pending lawsuit (that it will lose unless there is a settlement) by the family. Regarding the automatic invite, I'll be interested to see how many chances an athlete gets. Let's say after the invite, he/she fails to qualify. Does he/she have a third chance? Third, I appreciate Dave's contribution to the sport, but something about his participation now feels shady. On another note, I appreciate you following up on my suggestion that your dog be included in your next video, 👍
Wykie, noticed you have been slacking in the outside gym department. Now, COME ON! Let's get some of the soul breaking, heart sapping, sweat inducing, breath palpitating, Rhabdo challenging CONTENT!! 😅 I'm sittin' here WAITIN'!!
No invites, it undermines 'the test'. Maybe a top athlete from 2024, hasnt put the work in after the 2024 seaon, why should they get a free pass? Someone could have worked in the background to esrn that spot. This is a test for the fitness, not a popularity contest. Earn your spot. Period.
Congratulations on the votes and the comments they made about you.. very positive.. Torian I think has a case to get the games.. stuff Europe. I'd hope their option to invite would to an Aussie or Kiwi athlete they dont need a big named American. The only thing I dont like is that the semi's arent standardised programming.. I think these need to be the same across the globe with maybe one event programmed by the hosts?? Dont skip leg day😂😂 The professional athletes who participate in crossfit arent crossfit professionals they are functional fitness athletes so yeah make money whenever you can.. what will be interesting is if the world fitness thing schedules aeound August to compete with the games and which way those athletes go.. ooh more drama in 2025.. Have a great xmas-new year.
The athletes can do multiple events even if they have already qualified. Colton has said he’s looking at Torian as one he wants to do also a few European athletes have mentioned having it as a comp they want to travel to so you Aussies & Kiwi athletes might be in trouble for qualifying more back to having only Tia for you 😂 And Europe makes financial sense for the Games due to how easy and cheap travel is in Europe and it’s easy to get there from other parts of the world unlike Australia.

Honestly cannot think of a worse person to run the games than Castro and would much rather the games went back to being essentially an amateur event. After all most box members do it for pleasure and fitness and work it around family commitments and a proper job.
2 Things from my end: 1. The past champs is an original idea/initiative from the Pro! 2. I think Dave is being disingenuous: Crossfit during its Carson Era aggressively pursued and shut down anything close to a competition and intimated athletes who sought other pathways (think Grid League). If its true the claim that the Games was never meant to be a full time vehicle for people's professions or if it went big too fast then why the efforts and resources spent on ensuring no one else could take this idea and run with it?

I want to watch and then I log on and see an old man talking about young women's bodies and trying to be outrageous and I log off.
