Grattis på födelsedagen, i've been in your situation before but when I finished my swedish language everything came smoothly. You learn more by communicating to your costumer because sometimes you learn from them. Don't be ashame by speaking wrong swedish word because they understand that you are trying your best. I am sure that you feel better after one year or two. Keep your head high and think positive.
Thank you for your comment! Yes speaking with everyone in Swedish as much as we can! Just to practice and learn more 😊 Yeah next year will feel a little different I assume 🙏🏼😊
A dutch guy saying "this is warm for me" and it looks like a freezing rain.... : )). For me 15° C would already be "cold"!! I imagine when is so cold "man kan äta mycket utan att gå upp i vikt". Is that so? Wish you guys all the best. All things will work well and soon you both will be certainly speaking Swedish! I am studying Swedish two or three hours per day in advance before moving to Sweden and your comment helps me to keep studying! Tack!
Haha yeah I am born for Scandinavia I think! I am usually quite warm quickly 🙈 But 15 is for me really nice haha… also -15 is really nice 🙈😂 Yes you burn a lot of calories in the cold… of course too much Kanelbulle is not good for the weight haha 😉 Yeah we will get there 💪🏼 Oh that’s good! Keep doing that as it will definitely help you to thrive here in Sweden 😁 Where will you move too? 🤔 Thank you!
Happy birthday to Hadassa! Her insight was very useful as it addressed some of our anxieties as well. With every new video we're getting a bit more clarity about what it's like moving there, so thank you a lot for this! And yeah, for sure it's starting to look like a winter wonderland, so enjoy it!
Thank you! Yeah we all go through different phases and with different experiences. Happy it gives you some insight and clarity for your own journey 🙏🏼😊
Grattis på födelsedagen Hadassa 🎁💐 The fastest way to learn a new language is to do like you do. It's fantastic that you can verbalize what's eating you because than you can understand that this language problem will be over very, very soon. So far you are both alive, you have jobs and school. I call that very well done. 👍👏 adjust your demands on yourself...Hej då!
Tack så mycket! Yeah we are really doing our best 🙏🏼 So the learning curve is definitely going upwards 😊 We will get there 💪🏼 thanks so much for your comment 🙏🏼
amazing video! 👏 i've missed a few of the latest blogs but feels nice now to catch up on your journey. i felt sad to hear Hadassa is still in the struggle, i truly hope soon things with work will change and go up, this is just a period and transition. it's great that in the free time you explore the outdoors and have fun. sending lots of hugs to both 🤗🤗
@@LoraStaneva Thanks Lora! 🙏🏼 Good to see you are here watching again 😃 Yeah it’s not nice for her and I hope sooooon it will be much much better 🙏🏼 Yes the outdoors really help and make life here much nicer, it’s so beautiful 😍 Hopefully we see you soon again?! 🥰
I takes quite the courage for the both of you to open up like this! You guys are doing a great job and can be proud of what you have achieved so far. I am very impressed with both your perseverance while enduring hardships. Ha, I loved the way how Hadassa's birthday was celebrated! With lots of love, from your friends a little down south 😊 (Also, the pie, the tea, the food, it was awesome🎉)
Thanks so much mate! 💪🏼🥰 But I guess opening up about it sometimes makes more sense than only saying it’s amazing all the time! It is amazing but there are hurdles to overcome, for everyone (also the ones who don’t talk about it). I feel that being honest also about the downsides can help other people who are in or want to be in the same situation 🙏🏼😊 At least I hope 😉 Yes it was amazing, thanks for joining 😁 see ya soon
Happy belated birthday till Hadassa ❤ It made me sad to hear that she's struggling, but I can understand so well what she's going through. 💔 At the same time it's a struggle many expats go through but only few people share on there internet I guess. Usually it's all bells and whistles but the reality is different. I think we all appreciate your honesty. The language/ cultural barrier can be a lot sometimes but you're on the right path with SFI. I'd also try to immerse myself in the language as much as possible, listen to the radio or TV on swedish. I still remember my frustration but it will get better. Good luck to you both and thank you for sharing your journey🩵
@@Agnieszka_TN Thanks so much for your kind words 🙏🏼🥰 Yeah we have to get through this together, but she’s doing good 💪🏼 Just because of this I want to share the real story and not just the happy stuff. I think that’s not a good picture of how it really is as you also say. Yes we talk as much Swedish and learn a lot during the day at work or SFI. That really helps 😃 Thank you again for your comment and have a wonderful week 😊
All the best for Hadessa. 🎂🎁🙂 Yes, I can understand that it's very difficult for her in her job. It's great that you also talk about the difficult things when you emigrate. All the better that Hadessa likes Sweden with its wonderful landscape so much. The beginning is hard, but there are two of you (or three ;-) and you can do it together. It looks strange that snow machines have to be used in central Sweden, but I assume it's to optimise the slopes??? Best wishes to you all (also to your mum, I hope she is well again). ❤
@@nane5159 Yes we are with 3 so we can support each other and help when needed 🙏🏼 That’s really a great thing ❤️ It all will get better and definitely will be enjoying Sweden more and more, as you say it’s really beautiful here 😍 They use the fake snow for the first firm layer they have told me 😉 And there hasn’t been that much snow yet! 🙈🤔 Have a great week! Oh and mum is doing well 🙏🏼😊
Grattissss Hadassa, thank you for your honest story of how you ar doing. Big hug from me and a cuddle from Cocker Jake. Again enjoyed the video, my favourite sunday movie night.
Hi guys, well done for daring to do something different! Welcome to Sweden🤗 I can recommend Sollefteå, it’s small and welcoming. We have a cottage around there that we are moving to from Småland in April, looking forward to it and meeting new people, we might be coming up in January for 2 weeks to ski. Life is always an adjustment, give it time and you will grow😉 good luck to you both☀️☀️Oh!!Hadassa, get some KSM 66 I know this will help😉
@@lifeof_guyyes we do, we have a Defender Puma 2011. Looking forward to the skiing and a beer at the hotel! Stay well, and hope to see you up there in the future☀️☺️

It does not matter to start from zero again. that is always the other side of the coin as far as transformation is regarded. Be courageous as you already are.
