BTW, mì noodles have a direct connection to stocks of Viet Nam's richest man, Phạm Nhật Vượng of Vingroup. In 1990's he started a business of instant noodles called 'Mivina' in Kharkiv, Ukraine. The business was successfull - years later he sold it and come back to Viet Nam with millions of dollars to start another business.

Yeah, I think if you ask people, they'd either say bun bo Hue or bun rieu as their favorite noodle soups in Vietnam. Pho is universal and everyone can eat it. It doesn't have any strong flavors or "forbidden" ingredients, thus making it more appealing to people, especially if hungover or sick. LOL! Pho being "cleaner" and more "bland" compared to the other two is why it's easier to eat daily or more often.
Món miền Nam lúc nào cũng ngon 🤤 hỉ, ăn ko ngán chi hè. Ăn ngon ri. Chỉ thích món ở miền Nam.

Hey buddy, good one! Love food! Vietnamese food is outstanding. Not nuts about the ban Mi probably butchered that; the heros. They are not Vietnamese. The French introduced the: French/Italian bread, aka baguette. I'm from N.Y. & we referred to it as Italian bread. Don't claim that's correct, but in N.Y. people will envision that bread as Italian. Vietnamese food has enough carbs without the bread. I'm off bread & rice so I love meat & veggies. Always interested in new stuff. You're in the catbird seat with your lovely wife to introduce you to real Vietnamese food. I bet she's like me; camera shy! I don't see her often in your videos. If I'm right I fully get it! I love your videos, but wouldn't want to be in one. Some of us would rather remain in the background, preferably with a beef or pork skewer & a 🍻
