I got locked up and was facing 14 years because my “homie” took the police on a police chase in my Moms car, it was a long chase, ended in him smashing into two police cars and then we got our ass beat by the police. He put a pistol under the drivers seat which was found when they searched the vehicle. I never spoke with the police, I was beaten up so badly by them that I couldn’t talk and was rushed to the hospital. My “homie” said the gun was mine and that I told him to run from the police lol I got charged with resisting arrest, fleeing, and possession of a firearm…I was a passenger in the vehicle, my prints weren’t on the gun, but it was lost in evidence so they ended up dropping all my charges. So I did not “snitch” and almost get 14 years for some shit he did, because he snitched on me…I’m way too grown for all that shit now…if you fuck up, you step up and take the blame, don’t throw anyone else under the bus

After like 2 years of continuances, I show up to court one day extremely stressed thinking I’m about to get smoked by the judge, my attorney comes up to me and says, “the pistol was lost in evidence so they’re dropping ALL charges due to lack of evidence”…I couldn’t believe it. I have a video about it on my UA-cam channel called, “how the Army saved me”.

I got arrested one time when I was 22. Nobody got hurt. It wasn't any type of foul crime. My two co-defendants were brothers and their father was a cop for over 25 years. Long story short, it was my co-defendant who masterminded everything. Me and his brother were along for the ride. The younger brother got no time at all and went to the military, my codependent got 4 years and I got 20 years suspended after 12 with 8 years special parole. I got out when I was 33 and served 8 years on parole, most of which with an ankle bracelet and a curfew like. Never went back. Never got arrested again. 45 years old. I own my own condo with my fiance and two dogs and I'm doing okay. Never once did I think about telling but this was in 2000 before social media and smartphones were a thing. Loyalty is dead and people will tell on themselves , so they won't think twice of serving you up. That's why I'll never do dirt again
